This was the first time I have used your Debbie's Villas but it won't be the last. We are regular visitors to the Orlando area and have used lots different companies for villa rental - Debbie's villas have been the best by quite a long way.

We’ve been visiting Orlando for several years and this was our first time using Debbie’s Villas. We’ve always used Virgin Holidays and only heard about you from a work colleague last year. The fact that everything is extremely bespoke is fantastic. We shortlisted about 10 villas using the search filters and, on this occasion, we stayed on Thousand Oaks Boulevard. With Virgin Holidays, it tended to be a surprise as to where you stayed upon arrival and on several occasions we’ve had to move villas due to location or quality issues. Everything organised by yourselves was perfect. From early email correspondence in the months leading up to the vacation, paperwork and brochures as well as the heads-up phone call shortly before our departure. Upon arrival at the villa we were welcomed by the pre-booked mobility scooter and the Welcome Pack was a fantastic touch. The villa itself was decorated nicely and had all the facilities required for our stay. It was clean and well equipped with bedding and towels etc. As with all villas we’ve stayed at, it was a little tired in places but nothing to detract from the experience. When villas have a constant turnover of guests nothing can be pristine and brand new. The rear lakeside setting and private space was lovely and tranquil. The neighbourhood was quiet, close to our favourite shops and restaurants. We’ve already begun looking at your website again to create another shortlist for next year.

“Beautiful Lake Berkley…”
We had a great stay at this lovely property on the beautiful Lake Berkley. We’ve stayed on Lake Berkley many times and know it’s a fantastic location with Walmart just a short few minutes drive away, and a wealth of shops and eateries very close by on the 192. The villa was very clean and was exactly as the photos in fact nicer and more modern in some aspects than expected. The pool was fabulous and the heating we paid for worked well and took the chill off on the cooler October days. We’d most certainly return in future.

Really nice renovated villa which was ideal for our family and the location we sought. The gated community was quiet and secure with very pleasant neighbours who even put our bins out whilst we were busy in the parks. Only needed to contact the property manager once about the pool heat and it was resolved within a few hours - very impressed.

This review is for Debbie's Villas as a rental company, not a review of the villa we rented. Debbie's Villas were a great company to rent through, i was a bit nervous with all the scams that are about, but my mind was soon put at ease. Debbie's Villas were very timely with sending confirmation and receipts through. They also sent a great guide containing a wealth of useful information for our stay. During the hurricane leaflets were put through the door with some good advice, and they rang afterward to make sure we were ok and ask about any damage. Debbie's Villas also rang a few days after we got home to check that we had been happy with our accommodation and to ask for any feedback. Would highly recommend booking with Debbie's Villas.
