Situated on Acadia Estates, a small, gated community just off the US192 in Kissimmee, this privately owned vacation villa is ideal for your family holiday to Orlando. Features include a well-equipped air-conditioned games room, 7 good-sized bedrooms and a large private pool deck with relaxing spa, no rear neighbours and a large, covered dining area. Acadia Estates sits just 5-10 minutes away from Disney World, so you are close enough to pop back home for dinner after a day on the rides and rollercoasters and still return to watch the evening firework displays later in the evening if you want to. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are 15-20 minutes from here, with Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park just 20-25 minutes’ drive away. The bustling US192 is a couple of minutes from here and has hundreds of restaurants and take-aways to choose from, taking care of all budgets, tastes and dietary requirements. Other Florida attractions, including Daytona and Kennedy Space Center in the east and Busch Gardens in the west, as well as many award-winning beaches, can be reached via the nearby I4 Highway.
- Living Accommodation:
This open-plan villa offers all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax together away from the pressures of normal everyday living. The kitchen area has all the appliances and gadgets required for a self-catering holiday and a convenient breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. A nearby dining table has 6 seats and windows overlooking the pool area, a great place for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. The family lounge is centrally placed at the back of the villa and has windows overlooking the pool area, it also has comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV.
- Bedrooms:
The spacious Main bedroom, downstairs at the back of the villa on the right, has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back and is a large room with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is downstairs to the right of the front door and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is back upstairs, it is at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 7, a large Twin-bedded room. Bedroom 5 is downstairs to the left of the front door and has been furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom that can also be accessed from the living areas if required. Bedroom 6 is a fun Harry Potter-themed room with Twin beds and has its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms in this villa have their own flatscreen TV so nobody has to miss out on watching their favourite programme if they want to take themselves off for an early night.
- Entertainment:
The air-conditioned games room is at the front of the villa and is a great place to make long-lasting memories together as you play endless games of pool or table football before practising your basketball skills on the game provided in here.
- Outdoor Living:
After exhausting days at the theme parks head back to your villa for some rest and relaxation, the extended pool deck has an undercover area with casual seating and a dining table so you can sit and watch the kids splashing around in the private pool before enjoying a relaxing soak in the spa. With no rear neighbours, easy access handrails into the pool and spa and a pool deck cloakroom there are plenty of reasons why you can spend hours outside enjoying the sunshine as you start making plans for your next Florida villa holiday.

Acadia Estates
Acadia Estates is a small gated community in Kissimmee, very close to Disney World theme parks. The popular US192 will take care of all your shopping and dining options and this is less than a mile from your villa. Most of the privately owned rental villas on this community have games rooms and a south or west-facing private pool and spa. Orlando’s other attractions, including Universal Resorts, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are easy to reach from here, and many of Florida’s award-winning beaches beaches on both coastlines are less than 2 hours drive away via the easy-to-reach I-4 Highway.
