Emerald Island has some of the best community facilities in the Kissimmee area and these can be found just 3-4 minutes drive away at the clubhouse. Offering a relaxed homely atmosphere throughout the villa, there is no better place to spend quality time with your loved ones than here. As you open the front door and see the magnificent glass top dining table with space for 12 guests and hear your family gasp with amazement, you will know you have made the right choice. Carrying on through the villa is a large open-plan kitchen. This has been equipped with all the utensils and pots and pans you will need to prepare a family feast to satisfy the appetites of the whole family. A small dining table overlooking the pool deck is a great place to sit with a glass of orange juice in the morning and plan the activities of the day ahead. The family lounge has been furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, doors from here lead conveniently out to the southwest-facing pool deck.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor and has a King-size bed, doors leading to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the top of the stairs and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 are all upstairs and each of them have been furnished with a Queenb-size bed. Bedroom 6, with a Disney Princess theme, has a Single bed and a set of Bunk beds whilst Bedroom 7, with a Disney Cars theme, has a set of Bunk beds. For extra convenience, all bedrooms have their own televisions so there is no need to compromise with what to watch.
The games room, with a carpeted floor and its own air-conditioning unit, has a pool table for those that want to practice their potting skills and a projector screen with a sofa for movie fans to enjoy. Extra resort facilities are at the clubhouse, a 3-4 minute drive away, or a 15 minute stroll through the community if you prefer. This is where you can find a heated outdoor swimming pool, sports courts, well-equipped gym, play area, TV lounge and much more.
Outside, the extended southwest-facing pool deck area has plenty of loungers and seating for the whole family, an undercover dining area, privacy hedges to both sides and a peaceful lake view to the rear. This setting makes it a great place to come back to each evening and recharge your batteries ready for the next day!
