This large 7 bedroom privately owned rental villa on the gated Kissimmee resort of Emerald Island is perfect for your family holiday to Orlando. With 2 lounge areas, themed bedrooms for the kids, an air-conditioned games room with lots to keep the whole family entertained, a sunny south-facing pool deck with a large undercover dining area, private pool and relaxing spa as well as a free gas BBQ grill, there is something for everybody here. Emerald Island has some of the best resort facilities in the Disney area and these can be found at the clubhouse, about 10 minutes’ walk from here. Facilities at the clubhouse include a heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, games room, play area, Tiki bar, fitness centre and outdoor sports courts. Disney World is just 10-15 minutes away from here, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are about 20-25 minutes away and the exciting Universal Resort, which includes Volcano Bay and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is just a 30 minute drive from here. The US192 is a couple of miles from the community and offers hundreds of family-friendly restaurants to tempt your taste buds and will satisfy any appetite.
This villa has everything it needs to be home to memories of a lifetime for your family. The first lounge area is at the front of the villa, to the right of the entrance. Here you will find comfy sofas and windows overlooking the front garden, making this a great place to sit and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. The next lounge is at the rear of the villa and has lots of natural light, the comfy sofas here are in front of a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV and close to doors leading to the sunny south-facing pool deck. The large, open-plan kitchen with central island has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might require, as well as seating for 6 people so they can enjoy snacks and drinks together. Another dining table adjacent to the front lounge also has 6 chairs and is a great place to spend evenings together chatting or playing board games.
The Main bedroom is located downstairs and contains a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are all upstairs, Bedroom 2 is on the left, to the front of the villa and contains a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 also has a Queen-size bed and is at the front of the villa, but on the opposite side of the house. Bedroom 4 has a Queen-size bed and is down the hall from Bedroom 3. Bedroom 5 is at the rear of the villa, across from Bedroom 2, it has Twin beds and has been decorated in a Harry Potter theme. Bedroom 6, also with Twin beds, is next to Bedroom 2 and has a Mickey Mouse theme. Bedroom 7 is between Bedrooms 3 and 4, this has a Star Wars theme with Bunk beds. For the comfort and convenience of all guests, all bedrooms have ceiling fans and wall-mounted flatscreen TVs.
For those with a competitive spirit there is an air-conditioned games room where you can play as many rounds of table football, pool and table tennis as you can muster! Extra resort facilities are available at the community clubhouse, a 10 minute walk from here, including a heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, Tiki bar, well-equipped gym, play area and outdoor courts for tennis and volleyball.
After busy days exploring Orlando’s theme parks you can return home to your villa and soak up the sunshine, enjoying long, quality evenings with your loved ones on the extended south-facing pool deck. The private pool, with easy access handrails and steps, will be welcomed by everybody who wants to get in and cool off, and the relaxing spa is the perfect tonic for any weary legs.
