Making the right choice for your holiday home is important, but so is choosing the right community to stay on. Here is an in-depth look at each of the communities we have rental villas, town homes and apartments on in the popular Orlando areas of Kissimmee, Davenport, Clermont and Haines City. We have tried to be as accurate as possible with our descriptions and photographs, and all information was correct at the time we visited each community, however, please be aware that any services, facilities or opening times we mention may be subject to change. Glenbrook is a small peaceful community close to Disney that offers a mixture of family villas from 3 to 7 bedrooms. Many of our private villas have games rooms, your own pool and spa, south or west-facing lake views and plenty of space for the whole family. All of Orlando's attractions, including Disney World and Universal, can be reached in as little as 20 minutes. A wide selection of shops and restaurants are within a 10-15 minute drive. Community facilities include a swimming pool, gym and kid's play area.
Grand Reserve is a gated community in Davenport, close to Disney World and with excellent road links taking you to Universal Resort, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other popular attractions and tourist hotspots. The private rental villas we list often have well-equipped games rooms and south or west-facing pools. Most of the villas on Grand Reserve have lake and conservation views as well, giving you the perfect opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings. Nearest shops and restaurants are at ChampionsGate Village which is just 3 miles away.
Located on the US27, just 2 miles north of the bustling US192, Greater Groves is a large peaceful community of almost 500 homes which were built between the years of 1992 and 1999. Disney World theme parks are just 20-25 from here, with Universal Resorts about 35-40 minutes away. Community facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, sports courts and a children’s play area with swings and slides. A 24-hour Walmart is a short drive away for all of your shopping needs and so is the popular US192 with it's selection of Orlando's most famous restaurants.
