Standard Welcome Pack

We provide a FREE basic Welcome pack for every guest of every villa so you don’t have to rush out the minute you arrive and buy some provisions. The Welcome packs are not designed to feed a large family for an entire evening but they do typically include milk, tea, coffee, sugar, fruit juice, carbonated soft drinks, water, bread, butter, cereal and biscuits.

Dinner & Breakfast Basket

In addition to the free Welcome Pack, we also offer a ‘Dinner & Breakfast’ Welcome Pack that contains everything in the basic Welcome Pack plus 6 bottles of Budweiser, a bottle of Wine, CapriSun drinks, Pizza, Eggs, Bacon, Bagels, Cream cheese, Preserves, Popcorn, Nuts, Kettle crisps, Doritos and Dip.

Plant Based Welcome Pack

We’ve selected a range of the finest and kindest vegan food products that we could find and made the ideal Welcome Pack for you, including plant based 'Chicken' Wings, Sausage Patties, 'Chicken' Sliders, 'Beef' Patties, Pizza, Oat Milk, Dairy-Free Spread and Cheese Slices.

Happy Birthday Welcome Pack

An 8 inch vanilla sponge cake with raspberry jam and cream cheese icing with a 17 inch Happy Birthday helium foil balloon.

A one off charge of £60.00.

Barbecue hire

If your chosen villa already has a barbecue grill for you to use free of charge we will advise you and if necessary remove the additional hired barbecue grill from your booking. Barbecue grills are delivered with one full container of gas.

£6.00 per night for the first 14 days, £3.00 for nights thereafter and a one off fee £25.00. Minimum charge of 7 nights.

Pool heating

We recommend pool heating between October and April. Costs will vary from villa to villa, depending on the size of the pool and if it is a gas or electric pool heater.

Please note that this varies by villa depending on the size of the pool and if it is a gas or electric heater. The exact price will be displayed during the booking process of your chosen villa, so please ensure that you have checked this prior to booking.

It is important to remember that the pool heaters will not heat the pool to bath temperature but will take the chill off the water. The pool heating generally makes the water warm enough to comfortably swim, but not hot. During the cooler months of the year the pool may still feel ‘fresh’ but not icy cold.

Cot hire

If your chosen villa already has a cot for you to use free of charge we will advise you and if necessary remove the additional hired items from your booking. Please note that these are travel cots and do not include bedding.

£3.00 per night for the first 14 days, £1.50 for nights thereafter. Minimum charge of 7 nights.

Rigid Wooden Cot

If your chosen villa already has a cot for you to use free of charge we will advise you and if necessary remove the additional hired items from your booking. Please note that these cots do not include bedding.

£5.00 per night for the first 14 days, £2.50 for nights thereafter. Minimum charge of 7 nights.

Highchair hire

If your chosen villa already has a highchair for you to use free of charge we will advise you and if necessary remove the additional hired items from your booking.

£3.00 per night for the first 14 days, £1.50 for nights thereafter. Minimum charge of 7 nights.

Electric mobility scooter hire

For people requiring mobility assistance, electric scooters are a great way to get around the parks. The scooter (a 4 wheel Pride Go-Go Sport) will be delivered to your villa on the day you arrive - they are easy to use, simple to dissemble and they will fit into the boot of most hire cars. For added convenience, we will also deliver a spare battery with your scooter so you can keep one on charge at your villa while you are out and about all day.

£20.00 per night for the first 14 days, £10.00 for nights thereafter. Minimum charge of 7 nights.

Wheelchair

Compact, lightweight and foldable, these wheelchairs are perfect for occasional use. They are the preferred choice for guests that don't want an electric mobility scooter.

£5.00 per night for the first 14 days, £2.50 for nights thereafter. Minimum charge of 7 nights.

This item will be delivered to your villa ready for when you arrive and will be picked up from there on the morning of your departure.

Rollator

This lightweight, foldable rollator is perfect for helping you maintain your balance as you move around in the home and outside.

£5.00 per night for the first 14 days, £2.50 for nights thereafter. Minimum charge of 7 nights.

This item will be delivered to your villa ready for when you arrive and will be picked up from there on the morning of your departure.

Christmas Tree

A 6 foot tall pop-up Christmas Tree with red and gold ribbons, bows and baubles and 200 LED string lights.

Please note this extra is seasonal and only available if you book dates within any of the following date ranges:

A one off charge of £75.00.
