The villa was excellent and everything went smoothly. The staff on the car hire desk when we picked up the car were very pushy, which was a shame but not your fault. Debbie’s Villas communication was great.

It was perfectly fine. We have recommended Debbie's Villas to a few people as we are very impressed. There are a couple of things that I would mention but this is not a complaint. There is not much privacy on the pool deck – some of the privacy screening would make a big difference. Instructions to lock the front door – we got there in the end but instructions would have been helpful. Also the kettle is in need of replacing, we didn’t report it but if we’d have been there 2 weeks we would have, it made the water taste like sewage! We just boiled water on the stove. One more thing – a phone in the villa would have been great!

Wonderful stay – we were really impressed with the villa; it was fantastic. We usually book directly with owners, and this was our first time using Debbie’s Villas. The whole process was super simple, very efficient, and everything was straightforward. We will definitely be recommending Debbie’s Villas to everyone. During our stay, we did have a minor issue with the hot tub. However, we reported it to the management company and it was resolved immediately. We weren’t there when they first attended, but they were extremely helpful and even came back when they knew we were home to talk us through everything.

The villa was brilliant; we all had a great time. We couldn’t fault the villa and wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay here again. We have been going to Florida for 35 years and would say this is the best villa we have stayed in. The management company were great, as were Debbie’s Villas.

The villa was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, and the facilities, especially the kitchen, were fantastic. We did notice that, following the harsh winter, much of the vegetation around the pool deck had died. This reduced privacy somewhat, as we were overlooked by the nearby trailer park; privacy screens would have been a welcome addition, although we understand the weather was beyond anyone’s control. The road traffic was also noisier than we had expected. We contacted the management company about the pool water level, and they responded promptly and resolved the issue quickly, which we appreciated. On arrival, the front door lock took a few attempts before it worked; as we arrived exactly at 4pm, we weren’t sure if it was on a timer. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would happily book with Debbie’s Villas again.

The villa was fabulous – it was amazing. We’ve never had one that nice before!! One thing we didn’t mention to the management company was there was a bowl catching water under the sink – we clocked it on the first day so we just kept emptying it but you might want to follow that up. It didn’t bother us!! We’d definitely use Debbie's Villas again.

Overall, the villa was ok. One small inconvenience was the lack of an electric kettle, as only a gas option was available. We did need to contact the property managers a few times regarding issues with the oven and the outdoor furniture; however, they were friendly and helpful, and we got on well with them. In terms of improvements, we would suggest giving the outdoor pool area some additional attention. It did appear a little unclean — the sunbeds had some mould on them (which the property managers kindly cleaned during our stay), and the pool screen had debris such as leaves and insects caught in it. We also noticed some darker grout in parts of the pool. That said, the hot tub worked well and was a great temperature, and the pool itself was warm and enjoyable. Inside the villa, everything was generally good. The bedrooms were a nice size, and the beds were comfortable. We also liked the community the villa is located in — it’s close to restaurants, although a bit further from shops and the parks. This wasn’t a major issue for us as there were only two of us. Overall, we were happy with the service provided by Debbie’s Villas and had a pleasant stay.

We had a great holiday; this was our third time staying at this villa, and we really like both the villa and the area. It looks the same as the photos on the website. We didn’t need to contact the management company. We did notice a few weevils one day and thought about reporting it, but they went away after a few hours and didn’t bother us again. There was a landline on the wall, but it didn’t seem to be connected, so we weren’t sure if it should be working and we would’ve liked if it had been. We always enjoy booking with Debbie's Villas. The welcome pack is a lovely touch after a long flight.

Can’t really moan to be honest! When we were over there we thought someone had been in the property, but my brother-in-law didn’t lock the door properly, but we contacted Debbie's Villas about the concerns and and they were straight on it. I can’t ask for anything more than that really, customer service was spot on. Villa was fantastic, it was exactly what we wanted. Can’t really complain because there’s nothing to complain about. We’ll definitely be booking another villa with Debbie's Villas for 2027. There will be 7 of us so will definitely be booking a bigger villa. Booked with TUI before but we didn’t get to choose the villa – we like the flexibility to pay a deposit and then not have to pay up until shortly before you go, you get something booked and you can plan everything else around it. I think its ALL pretty good – it really is!!

I cannot remember the last time I provided feedback! Firstly you should know I have been 'on the front line' of the service industry for 35 years as an Aftersales Manager within vehicle dealerships, I have a very low opinion of current day customer service/care, millions spent on selling and advertising but zero spent on Aftersales care (policy seemingly to avoid direct customer contact at all costs, should they complain tell them what they want to hear then put phone down they'll get fed up waiting for a response!) Prime reason for using Debbie's villas, I was able to speak to somebody who understood my needs, staff very helpful and the whole process was professional and dare I say it they seem to care! I have recommended Debbie's Villas already and shall continue to do so. Unfortunately costs are becoming to high for a return to Florida next year (I go to watch Drag Racing) but I have kept villa details just in case. The only regret is not heating the pool but that was my choice otherwise excellent property and location spot-on. Keep up the good work.

Very good holiday – tiring but good! Contacted the management company about fuse box as the toaster was tripping it but they came out and sorted it very quickly, whilst we were out. Everyone was shocked how nice it was and the amount of space it gave for 10 people. We’d certainly look at booking with Debbie's Villas again and may return in 2027.

We had a brilliant time! We were extremely pleased with the villa and couldn’t fault it in any way. We wouldn’t expect anything less from Debbie’s Villas, as we’ve stayed in several of your properties before and have never had any issues. The check-in instructions were clear and spot on, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. We left a few supplies behind, including sealed bottles of water, and left a note for the cleaners as we thought they might be useful for future guests. We would also like to mention how lovely the lady at the community gate was — she always greeted us with a welcoming smile and made us feel comfortable straight away.

Our stay was ok, the bedroom we stayed in was good, as was the bathroom. We thought the villa looked like the images posted on the website. We did have to contact the management company a couple of times during our stay. Once because the 3-piece suite was filthy which they kindly had steam cleaned for us. Towards the end of the holiday we had to reach out to them again as a part of the microwave fell off and on inspection it was held on by what looked like blue-tac. Unfortunately, this couldn’t be fixed as they had to order a part for it. Overall, we had a good stay and would book with Debbie’s Villas again.

Had a lovely time and the villa was great. Lovely pool area and clean. Well equipped kitchen. The only thing I would criticize is that the double bed upstairs need replacing, just like a trampoline, in the end we moved to the single room, they also the bedrooms upstairs need updating to keep with the rest of the house. All as advertised and Debbie's Villas were highly recommended and will book with Debbie's Villas again in the future.

The villa was huge and had plenty of room for 3 families to all be together. It was very nicely decorated and looked like the pictures online. We had no pool heating for the first week as it was broken, we reported this on the Sunday evening, and the management company had it fixed by the Monday afternoon for us. We regularly book with Debbie’s Villas and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Everything was fine, villa was fine. The recycling bins didn't look like they'd been collected on the last day, that was the only thing to mention. We called the management company once about the wifi but we couldn't get through to them. We contacted Debbie's Villas instead and it was sorted.

Positives : Villa was lovely & in a good location which was quiet and great to come back to after a day at the parks - also handy for Walmart ! We used the walking track on the estate around the larger lake and saw lots of bats and wildlife. Even saw deer outside the back of our villa. Negatives : coffee machine had not been cleaned at all with a dirty pod left in it - the bathroom on the downstairs had black hairs in the drawer with the hairdryer… I had to clean these out … Only one toilet roll provided in each bathroom with no spares anywhere! I would expect one spare minimum. The information sheet that was posted out to us had an outdated phone number on it for contacting the management company (we phoned them to discuss heating the pool which we decided not to in the end). Other than the above comments I was impressed with the service that we received from Debbie’s Villas - my request for a late check out was dealt with by you really well and communication was good.
Debbie's Villas Response: We are sorry to hear about the issues you have mentioned. We have spoken with the management company who have, in turn, reported these cleaning issues with the team responsible. They have been reminded that the coffee machine and drawers need to be checked as part of their routine. With regards lack of toilet rolls, these are self-catering homes and spare items and it is standard to only provide one roll per toilet. The contact phone number has been updated.
