Debbie’s Villas were excellent to work with, simple communications and we felt informed at all time. When we needed support with additional paperwork (we left all the important things at home) they were there to support us with no issues. The welcome pack at the villa was a great addition and something we’ve not experienced before. Arriving late at the villa and not having to find a shop for milk or cereals was massive. The Villa was spacious, tidy and really well equipped, we wanted for nothing during our time and would consider using the villa again it was that comfortable. Windsor Hills resort was perfect, it was clean and tidy and quiet, we would happily live there every day of the year! The security was tight meaning you had no worries about your villa and belongings. The location couldn’t have been better, just off the US192 but in the hub of the shops and restaurants so no long journeys to eat and shop. Walmart was 1 mile (3-4 minutes) down the road in the car, it was a huge shop which even the kids loved looking around.

Great house, we have stayed here two years running now. We love the location and how quiet it is, our boys love the Spiderman bedroom and the games room in particular. Pool is clean and a good size for a family of 4. I would definitely use again if we come back to Orlando.

If you’re considering booking this beautiful villa, do it! You won’t regret it! We have stayed at a few places in Windsor Hills and this was beautiful with the lake as the backdrop and no neighbours behind. It was accessible to the playgrounds, the pool and water park, and of course such a quick drive to Disney parks. The villa had MORE than you could ever need in terms of seating, tables, dishes, utensils… anything you would ever want, they have it. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated, so special and full of Disney magic with toys and dolls and every detail. The Finding Nemo room was also a hit! We will be back!!

This villa is absolutely beautiful, stunning in fact, just as it should be! Very well equipped, the pool and pool area are top notch, infact we will be after it next year when we come again! The Highlands Reserve is quiet, the neighbours very friendly and the surroundings are lovely.

Amazing holiday! Lovely size villa with everything that was needed for our party of 10! We had a slight problem with a plug in the kitchen but management company came out the next day to fix it. Would recommend for a family holiday!
