We had a great stay, everything in the villa was as expected and we didn’t need to contact the management company at all during our stay. We even saw an alligator in the lake, kids loved it!

Our extended family with 1 teen, 2 younger children (age 5 & 7) and 3 adults stayed at this rental home for one week. The home is just as pictured/described in the listing. It was spacious, clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. It was a 30 minute drive to Disney World parks in the heavy Spring Break traffic. The pool heat worked great and let the kids swim even on a couple cooler days. The garage converted to a games room was a lot of fun! The Publix just down the street was very convenient for grocery shopping. There are many restaurants and stores within a 5 to 15 minute drive right there in Davenport. Our only very minor issue was a spotty internet connection throughout our stay, but that was not a major concern as we were in Orlando to enjoy time at Disney World. Highly recommend and would return!

Had an amazing stay at this villa near Disney World! The location was perfect - just minutes from the parks, restaurants, and shopping. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

This was the cleanest villa we have ever seen! The villa was beautiful and spacious. We spent most of our time at Universal and Disney, and we wish we had scheduled an extra day to just enjoy chilling at this villa. The towels were luscious and the beds were comfy. We loved everything!

This villa was lovely, we couldn’t believe how nice it was! We booked a villa a few years ago (another company) but it was allocation on arrival and ended up in the Haines City area, which was quite a way out. We were so pleased this time we had the exact villa we booked. Where we were on Storey Lakes was brilliantly located and the amenities were great. I think it’s one of the best locations we’ve stayed. We also loved the welcome pack on arrival. The holiday was a lovely experience.

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday; the villa was really nice. We contact the management company once about the Wi-Fi and having a late checkout they were very efficient and got back to us straight away. Debbie’s Villas have been superb with the service they have provided, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone and will booking with you once again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa, and overall, we had a very enjoyable experience. The villa itself was wonderful, and we felt right at home during our stay. We were especially impressed with the villa phone. It made contacting the management company incredibly easy and convenient, something we've struggled with in the past when trying to call USA numbers from a UK mobile. This small touch really enhanced our overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa—it was beautifully presented and absolutely immaculate. We couldn’t have asked for a better time. All the appliances were easy to use and worked perfectly. The deadlock on the front door occasionally got a bit stuck, but that didn’t cause too much inconvenience. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would love to return!

We had a very lovely holiday and what a super, super villa. There has been a lot of time, money and effort to theme this beautiful villa. The attention to detail was superb - for instance, two mismatched chairs in the master bedroom just like the husband and wife's chairs in the "UP" film which is the theme of the villa. There were top quality appliances throughout the villa. We would definitely stay in this villa again and we would come back to Debbie's Villas, who looked after us from beginning to end.
