Discovery Cove is an all-inclusive day resort where you and your family can enjoy a one-of-a-kind opportunity to swim with dolphins, snorkel with thousands of tropical fish and rays, interact with otters and marmosets, hand-feed exotic birds and relax on manmade sandy beaches. With no lines throughout the park, you can plan your adventures at your own pace.

The date you specify when making your booking is the date you will be booked into Discovery Cove. Your ticket also allows entry into SeaWorld and Aquatica for any consecutive 14 day period provided your Discovery Cove date is within that 14 day period. If you require admission to Busch Gardens as well then please purchase the Discovery Cove Ultimate Package.

Please Note:

• Discovery Cove is limited to 1300 guests per day to ensure no overcrowding
• Open daily from 9am to 5.30pm
• Check-in begins at 7.15am so arrive early to book your swim time (cannot be booked in advance)
• Adults must present photo ID at check-in
• Dolphin swims are 30 minutes long, with a 10 minute orientation session beforehand

Children:

• Children must be at least 6 years old to swim with Dolphins and must have a Waiver completed by their parent or legal guardian
• Children aged 6-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult (over the age of 18) who is also participating
• Children must be at least 14 years old to enter Discovery Cove without an adult
• Children under 3 years old enter for free but please phone us to pre-register before attending
• There are no restrictions for expectant mothers, however, if you are unsure about any aspect of this experience we recommend that you consult a doctor prior to your visit

Disabled Access:

• Discovery Cove can accommodate guests with disabilities who are able to manoeuvre themselves with limited assistance (or with the aid of a personal assistant) during their dolphin experience and in the various wading areas
• Specially-designed wheelchairs are available to use on the beach. These wheelchairs are not self-manoeuverable so guests will need assistance to use them
• Discovery Cove has been designated as a Certified Autism Center by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards

Inclement Weather:

• In the unlikely event that Discovery Cove is closed on the date you have booked due to the weather, please try to arrange an alternative date with Discovery Cove. If this is not possible and your ticket has not been used, we will offer you a full refund

What to Wear:

• You will be given a wetsuit to use for the day and a souvenir snorkel that is yours to keep afterwards. You will need to bring your own swimsuit and a set of dry clothes to change into
• Do not put sunscreen on before arriving at Discovery Cove, normal sunscreens are dangerous to wildlife that lives here so you will be given a sample of ""animal-friendly"" sun lotion when you arrive and can buy more of this at the park if necessary

Food & Drinks:

All food, drinks and snacks are included in your ticket price and consist of:

• Continental breakfast (served from 7.15am)
• Freshly prepared 3-course lunch (vegetarian and healthy options available)
• Fresh fruit
• Smoothies
• Water
• Soft drinks
• Beer and wine (over 21s only)

Excludes:

• SeaVenture
• Parking at SeaWorld and Aquatica

Ticket can be cancelled up to 30 days before the departure date. Cancellation fees may apply.
