This privately owned 5 bedroom vacation home is located on the luxury gated resort of ChampionsGate in Davenport and features a west-facing splash pool, is close to Disney World and other Orlando attractions, as well as having access to resort facilities which are only a 10 minute walk from your home. These include a state-of-the-art gym, movie theatre, games room, heated swimming pools, children’s splash pool, lazy river, water slides, spa and a Tiki bar, as well as beach volleyball and tennis courts, ideal for more active family members. Hop in the car and drive 20-25 minutes to reach Disney World and Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios where dreams will come true for child and adult alike. Universal Resorts are 30-35 minutes away and include The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. SeaWorld, the home of the Mako rollercoaster and Discovery Cove, where you can swim with dolphins, are both only 25-30 minutes away. After a day of rides, you will have some food cravings, so head about a mile to the ChampionsGate Village area to find a range of restaurants or drive 5 miles north to reach the US192 and find hundreds more to choose from.
Your whole family will love staying in this vacation home during your trip to Orlando. The modern kitchen is located to the left of the home, with all the appliances and utensils you will need to make tasty meals during your stay, while a breakfast bar offers seating for 6, a great place to start the morning with some cereal and orange juice. Next to the kitchen is the formal dining table with seating for 8, where you can enjoy a meal before playing board games once the dishes have been cleared away. Towards the rear of the vacation home is a family lounge full of natural light, with a flatscreen TV, seating for 6 and a door to the west-facing pool. Come together to watch all your favourite movies, before stepping out for a quick dip.
Located upstairs and to the front of the home is the Main bedroom, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the back, also with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 is to the left and is decorated in a Harry Potter-theme, with a Double and a Single bed. Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor and to the front left, with a Double and a Single bed, while the Frozen-inspired Bedroom 5 is next to Bedroom 4 and has Twin beds.
There is no games room at this town home, but ChampionsGate has a number of resort facilities at the clubhouse, which is only 10 minutes’ walk away and includes a state-of-the-art gym, movie theatre and games room, while outside are heated swimming pools, a lazy river, water slides, spa, children’s splash zone and a Tiki bar. Sportier family members will want to check out the tennis and beach volleyball courts to find some healthy competition.
The whole family will love spending time at your very own west-facing splash pool, with surrounding walls ensuring privacy during your stay.
