Located on the popular gated resort of ChampionsGate in Davenport, guests staying here have access to the resort facilities, located just 10 minutes walk away and include a state-of-the-art gym, movie theatre and games room with arcade machines. Sportier family member should check out the tennis and beach volleyball courts to keep themselves active. Disney World, home of Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios is only 20-25 minutes away by car, while Universal Resorts are only 30-35 minutes away and include The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. The modern and well-equipped kitchen can be found to the right of the villa, with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Breakfast bar seating for 6 is a great place to start the morning with traditional American pancakes, while the nearby formal dinner table has seating for 8, so enjoy a meal here and then play board games all evening. To the rear right of the villa is a family lounge, with seating for 6 and a flatscreen TV, perfect for curling up and watching all your favourite movies, while a nearby door provides access to the west-facing pool deck. Upstairs is a centrally located second lounge, with a flatscreen TV and seating for 3, ideal if movie choices cannot be agreed upon.
The Main bedroom is on the ground floor and to the left, with a Mickey Mouse-theme, a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is also on the ground floor and is to the front right, with a 101 Dalmatians-theme and a King-size bed. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and centrally left, with an Alice in Wonderland-theme, a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 5, which is to the rear left with a Winnie the Pooh-theme and Bunk beds. Bedroom 4 is to the back right, with a Lady and the Tramp-theme and a King-size bed. Bedroom 6 is located on the right with a Monsters University-theme, 2 sets of Bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 7, which has a Pirates of the Caribbean-theme and Bunk beds. Bedroom 8 is to the front right and is decorated in a Princess-theme and has 2 sets of Bunk beds. All rooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, making early bedtimes a bit easier after a long day of theme parks.
Take a break from the hot Orlando sunshine and head to the air-conditioned games room at the left of the villa, featuring games consoles with screens and arcade machines, there is hours of entertainment to be found. Alternatively, upstairs and to the front left of the villa is a home cinema room with seating for 8 and a large flatscreen TV, so you can watch your favourite movies how they were meant to be viewed. Under the stairs is a hidden children’s playroom, providing even more fun and excitement. For even more entertainment, check out the resort facilities at the ChampionsGate clubhouse, which is only 10 minutes’ walk away.
