This privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa is located on the popular gated community of High Grove in Clermont. With a private pool, family games room and close proximity to Disney World and other Orlando theme parks, you will love staying here. Head to the High Grove clubhouse, an 8 minute walk away, to make the most of the community facilities, including a large heated swimming pool, separate spa, well-equipped gym, games room and TV lounge, as well as a crazy golf course and children’s play area, ensuring the kids are well and truly tired out before bed. Disney World is close, being only 15-20 minutes away by car, so make your way to Magic Kingdom to see the parades, Epcot to taste world cuisine and Hollywood Studios to fly the Millennium Falcon at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Alternatively, head to Universal Resorts to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and Islands of Adventure, all only 30-35 minutes away. SeaWorld, home to Sky Tower and Discovery Cove, where you can swim with dolphins, are both only 25-30 minutes away. Satisfy any food cravings you have by visiting the family friendly Irish pub just outside of the community gates or walk 10 minutes to Cagan Crossing to find more restaurants. Otherwise, hop in the car and drive a few minutes to the US192 which is home to hundreds of restaurants that will cater to all tastes and dietary requirements.
The kitchen is located in the centre left of the villa, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need to cook delicious meals for your family, which you can then enjoy at the nearby dining table with seating for 6. After dinner, let the kids clear away the dishes while you play board games and have a chat. At the rear of the villa is a family lounge area full of natural light with seating for 5, a flatscreen TV and door allowing access to the pool deck. Watch all your favourite family movies here, before popping out for a quick swim in the pool.
Located at the back left of the villa, the Main bedroom has a King-size bed, door to the pool deck and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, which has a door to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 is to the centre right, while Bedroom 4 is at the front right. Both are decorated in a style suitable for all ages, have Twin beds and share an en-suite bathroom.
Take a break from the hot Orlando weather and head to the games room at the front of the villa, where you will find a pool table and basketball game, so you can practice your pot shots and hoop shooting skills, before showing off to the rest of the family.
