This privately owned 4 bedroom vacation home is located on the gated Kissimmee resort community of Paradise Palms. Features include a private splash pool, good sized rooms, and a complimentary gas BBQ grill. You also have access to resort facilities at the clubhouse, which is only a 4 minute walk away, these include a state-of-the-art gym, 50 seat cinema, games room, arcade and a sauna. Outside is a heated swimming pool with slides, 2 spas, a kiddie’s splash pool and a Tiki bar, while more active guests will want to make use of the tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts. Disney World is only 10-15 minutes away, so hop in the car and make your way to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to make unforgettable memories for the whole family. Alternatively, head to Universal Resorts to visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all only 25-30 minutes away. Other attractions include swimming with dolphins at Discover Cove or encounter penguins at SeaWorld, both will take just 20-25 minutes to reach. Paradise Palms is just minutes away from the US192, so after a day of theme parks, settle your rumbling stomach with one of the many hundreds of available restaurant options.
The galley-style kitchen, well-equipped with everything you will need during your stay, is located to the right of the vacation home. The breakfast bar seating is a great place to start your morning with tea and toast, while the formal dining table to the left is perfect for playing board games after dinner, while a nearby door provides access to the private pool. Towards the rear right is a family lounge with comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV and a window overlooking the pool, where you can watch all your favourite movies while keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the water.
This vacation home comes with good sized rooms, with the Main bedroom being located upstairs and at the front, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The only bedroom on the ground floor is Bedroom 2, which has a Queen-size, ideal for any early risers in the family. Back upstairs and to the rear right is Bedroom 3, with a Queen-size bed, while Bedroom 4 is to the rear left and has 2 Double beds. For additional ease and comfort, each bedroom comes with a flatscreen TV.
