Universal Resorts, home to Volcano Bay water park, Islands of Adventure and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is approximately 30-35 minutes’ drive away along the easy to reach I-4 Highway. Berry Town Center, a mile from the community, has a Publix supermarket and selection of family restaurants to choose from, or head north for a couple of miles to reach the bustling US192, lined on both sides with hundreds of family restaurants and take-aways.
The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen area with a breakfast bar and a nearby dining table so that the whole family can sit and enjoy meals together or evening fun playing board games. The adjacent lounge has ample comfy seating, a large flatscreen TV and doors leading out to the pool area so you can easily wander in and out to enjoy the Florida sunshine.
The Main bedroom sits to the back of the property on the left and has windows overlooking the pool deck, a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed, with Bedroom 3, a Disney-themed bedroom, furnished with Twin beds. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV, making early nights even more enjoyable and relaxing.

The small, peaceful, gated community of Tuscan Hills is on the US27 in Davenport and is close to Disney World, Universal and all other Orlando attractions and theme parks.
