For those wanting to top-up their tans, there is a southwest-facing pool deck, complete with its own relaxing spa! Outside you can also make use of the built-in BBQ area, in order to feed those sitting on the tables and chairs by the pool, soaking up the Florida heat, or watching a game of football on the pool deck TV. When you need an escape from the sun, head indoors to relax in the lounge, or play pool in the games room. Guests staying here are able to enjoy all resort-style facilities, less than 10 minutes’ walk away, including an on-site gym, local store, clubhouse, sports courts, castle-themed play area for the younger ones - not forgetting the 40-seater cinema and mini waterpark! With all of this on your doorstep, try not to forget that you are in a fantastic location for visiting the theme parks that Orlando is famous for, Disney can be reached in as little as 10 minutes, SeaWorld within 15 minutes and Universal is less than half an hour away by car. The popular US192 is just a couple of miles away and this has hundreds of American restaurants that cater to every taste, budget and appetite.
The family lounge is to the rear of the villa and contains seating for 6 people around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and a set of patio doors leading out onto the southwest-facing pool deck. The open-plan kitchen is to the right of the lounge and has been kitted-out with modern appliances, granite worktops and a dining table for 4 guests. The main dining area adjoins the lounge and seats a further 6 people, a great place to sit and enjoy each other’s company in the evening.
The Main bedroom is downstairs at the back of the villa, this has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, and is located near the entrance to the villa. . Bedroom 3 is at the top of the stairs and has a King-size bed and Bedroom 4, across the landing, has been furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style that is suitable for everybody. Bedroom 5 is downstairs at the front of the villa and is a Mickey Mouse-themed room with Twin beds. For the convenience of all guests, each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV, so everybody gets to watch what they want to on television.
If you like to unwind with a little competition, the villa has a games room where you can play pool, or relax on the sofa, playing on the games console connected to the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Additional community facilities are available at the clubhouse, a 10 minute walk from your villa. These amenities include a heated lagoon-style outdoor swimming pool and water park, children’s play area, Tiki bar, sports courts, BBQ and picnic area, cinema, modern gym, putting green and games room.
The southwest-facing pool deck, with its own relaxing spa, has the added benefit of a built-in BBQ area, where you can rustle-up a feast for the hungry hordes seated around the table. A pool deck TV means you never have to miss out on watching an important game or programme, even if you are outside enjoying the weather.
Windsor Hills is a highly recommended gated Kissimmee resort, and one of the closest communities to Disney World. With Orlando’s other theme parks Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, all within an easy driving distance. Shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are within a 2 mile drive of here on the US192.
