SeaWorld and Discovery Cove can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes, and Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and Islands of Adventure, is approximately 20-25 minutes’ drive away from here. The US192, renowned for its wide selection of dining options, is a few minutes’ drive away from here and the nearest Walmart store is less than a mile away. More retail therapy can be had at Rolling Oaks Commons and Sunset Walk, both within easy driving distances of this villa.
This nicely presented and furnished villa has all the comforts of home so that you can relax as soon as you step through the front door. The open-plan layout includes a centrally placed modern kitchen with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils necessary to fulfil any culinary task, and a breakfast bar with seating for 6 people, making a great place to sit with tea and toast each morning as you work out your plans for the day ahead. A nearby dining table, next to doors leading to the south and west-facing pool deck, is an ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The main family lounge is close to the kitchen and has a comfy sectional sofa and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. If viewing preferences differ you can make yourself cosy in the second lounge area at the front of the villa and watch your choice of programme here.
The Main bedroom, to the right of the dining area, has a King-size bed, doors leading to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the left of the villa and is a Dinosaur-themed room with a Queen-size bed, this room is close to Bedroom 3, an amazing Harry Potter-themed room furnished with Twin beds and with patio doors leading to the pool area. Bedroom 4, close to these rooms, is a Frozen-themed room with Bunk beds. All bedrooms in this villa have their own flatscreen TV, making early nights or relaxing holiday mornings even more comfortable.
The games room is located at the front of the villa and has a large sofa in front of a flatscreen TV and there are 3 arcade game machines in here so younger family members will have plenty to keep them entertained if they don’t want to be in the pool.
The outside area has a double aspect, south and west facing, giving you plenty of sunshine so you can top up your tan on lazy villa days. With an undercover dining area, easy access to a bathroom, a private pool and a relaxing spa, this is the perfect setting to recharge your batteries.
The Kissimmee community of Oak Island is split into 2 different subdivisions, Oak Island Cove and Oak Island Harbor, both of which are very close to Disney World theme parks. Orlando’s other world-class attractions and favourite tourist destinations can be reached along the nearby I-4, while the US192 is just minutes away and will take care of all your shopping and dining needs.
