This privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa is located on the Clermont community of Glenbrook. The villa features a private pool, a games room and has access to community facilities that can be reached with a 9 minute walk. With a swimming pool, a gym, a pool table, air hockey, table tennis, a children’s play area and tennis and beach volleyball courts, your family will find hours of entertainment here. Also nearby are a range of restaurants, with a number being within a mile at the Cagans Crossing area and others a few miles north on the US27. Heading south for a few miles will take you to the US192, where you will find hundreds more restaurant options to choose from. Disney World can be reached by driving just 20-25 minutes, where you can visit Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot, to create unforgettable memories for the whole family. Alternatively, travel 35-40 minutes to visit Universal Resorts and choose your wand at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, get soaked to the bone at Volcano Bay water park and encounter raptors at Jurassic Park in Islands of Adventure. Other attractions include swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove, or ride Pipeline: The Surf Coaster at SeaWorld, both only 30-35 minutes’ drive from your villa.
Kick off your shoes and let this vacation villa be your home from home as you spend quality time with your family here in Orlando. To the left of the villa is the kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need for your stay. Start your morning at the breakfast bar with tea and toast, then later enjoy a meal at the dining table located next to the kitchen. After the dishes have been cleared away, spend the rest of the evening playing board games or have a long chat. Towards the rear of the villa is a family lounge with comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and door to the pool area. Watch all your favourite movies here, while the kids can come and go as often as they like.
Located at the back of the villa on the left is the Main bedroom, with a King-size bed, door to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the back right, with a Queen-size bed, a door to the pool and an en-suite that is shared with the rest of the villa. To the right of the villa, Bedroom 3 has Twin beds, while at the front left, Bedroom 4 also has Twin beds.
Head to the games room at the front of the villa to find entertainment in the form of a pool table and table football. Practice your pot shots, then challenge your family to a game and prove yourself to be the ultimate game champion. Community facilities can be reached with a 9 minute walk and feature a swimming pool, gym, pool table, air hockey and table tennis. A children’s play area, as well as beach volleyball and tennis courts can help guests use up the last of their energy before bed.
