Bedroom 2, positioned at the front of the villa, offers a Queen-size bed, while Bedroom 3, adjacent to Bedroom 2, is furnished with Twin beds and decorated in a style suitable for guests of all ages. For added comfort and convenience, each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and a flatscreen TV.
Although this villa does not have a games room, guests staying at Southern Dunes can enjoy a wide range of community facilities, including outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and children's play areas with swings and slides, all available throughout the development.

Southern Dunes gated community is on the US27, close to Orlando’s I-4 Highway. Disney World and Universal Resorts theme parks are about 30 minutes away and beaches on both coasts are about an hour's drive from here.
