This privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa, with a private pool and spa is located on the gated community of Solana in Davenport. Community facilities can be reached with a 6 minute walk, where at the clubhouse you will find a well-equipped gym, a games room and TV lounge. Outside is a large, heated swimming pool, a hot tub, children’s play area and a Tiki bar selling chilled drinks. Guests interested in sport will want to make their way to the beach volleyball court and mini golf course to keep themselves active. Just a mile from Solana is Berry Town Center, where you can find a number of family friendly restaurants such as iHop and Applebees. Alternatively head a few miles north on the US27 to reach the US192, where you will find hundreds more options. Disney World can be reached with a 20-25 minute drive, so make your way to Magic Kingdom to meet Mickey Mouse, Epcot to taste food from around the world and Hollywood Studios to find adrenaline pumping rides. Universal Resorts can be reached in 35-40 minutes and has The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, all offering incredible days out that will make unforgettable memories. Further excitement can be found by swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove, or encountering polar bears at SeaWorld, both just 30-35 minutes from your villa. The I-4 highway is easy to reach and leads to the Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens and Florida’s beautiful beaches.
As soon as you enter this vacation villa, you will find the formal dining table, an ideal place to enjoy a meal or play board games once the dishes have been cleared away. The open-plan kitchen is centrally located, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you will need to make tasty meals for your entire family. With windows overlooking the private pool, the breakfast table is a great place to start your morning with tea and toast before you head out for a day of thrills at Orlando’s theme parks. The main living room is towards the back right of the villa with a flatscreen TV, comfy sofa seating and a door leading to the private pool, so you can watch your favourite movies before stepping out for a swim.
Located to the back left of the villa, the Main bedroom has a King-size bed, a door to the private pool and an en-suite bathroom, which also has a door leading to the pool. Bedroom 2 is towards the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are to the left of the villa, both with Twin beds and are decorated in styles that are suitable for guests of all ages. All bedrooms come equipped with a flatscreen TV, so all guests can fall asleep while watching their favourite programmes.
Walk just 6 minutes to reach the community facilities where you will find a clubhouse with a well-equipped gym, a TV lounge, games arcade and a computer room. Outside is a large, heated swimming pool, a hot tub, sun loungers and a Tiki bar where you can purchase a refreshing drink.
