Berry Town Center, with a Publix supermarket and selection of family restaurants is a 10 minute stroll from here. A wider selection of restaurants, catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements, can be found along the US192, a couple of miles north of Highlands Reserve. Theme park fans keen to experience the magic and excitement of Disney World can be there in as little as 20-25 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove less than half an hour away from here. Universal Resorts, just 30-35 minutes’ drive away along the I-4 Highway, is home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park. Orlando’s newest water park, Island H2o Live! is close to Sunset Walk along the US192 and will take less than 15 minutes to reach.
This comfortable vacation villa is the perfect home from home for you and your family as you relax together here in Orlando. The open-plan layout starts as soon as you walk through the front door with a formal lounge area with comfy seats and windows overlooking the garden. The second lounge area is at the back of the villa on the left and has more comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and windows overlooking the pool deck. A set of patio doors is nearby, leading out to the large west-facing pool deck so you can wander in and out easily to enjoy the Florida sunshine. The large kitchen is centrally placed and has modern appliances and all the equipment and gadgets you could possibly need of you want to cook a family meal. The nearby dining table has 4 seats and windows looking out across the pool area, a perfect spot for breakfast each morning. Near the formal lounge at the front of the villa is a larger dining table, an ideal setting for meals or evening fun playing games and chatting together.
The Main bedroom is upstairs on the right and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, next to a bathroom, is downstairs on the left and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is next to the Main bedroom upstairs and has a Queen-size bed. On the other side of the landing you will find Bedrooms 4 and 5, these are Twin-bedded rooms decorated and furnished in a style to suit all guests. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom means that everybody gets the chance to watch their programme of choice if they decide to have an early night after a busy day at the parks.
The community facilities, a 15-20 minute walk from here or just 2-3 minutes away by car include an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and a children’s play area with swings and slides.
