This extremely nice vacation villa offers all the comforts of home so that you and your family can relax and appreciate the quality time you are having here in Florida. The open-plan layout includes a modern kitchen area at the heart of the home, equipped with all the appliances, gadgets and utensils needed to fulfil most culinary tasks. The breakfast bar, with seating for 4 people, is a great place to enjoy morning coffee and bagels as you start planning the day ahead. A nearby dining table, with seating for 6 people, is ideal for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. The family lounge, filled with lots of natural light, is at the back of the villa and has comfy seating, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the southeast-facing pool deck.
The spacious Main bedroom is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, downstairs at the back of the villa, has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that has access directly to the pool area. Bedroom 3, also on the ground floor, has a window overlooking the front garden, King-size bed and is next to a family bathroom. Bedroom 4, upstairs at the front of the villa, has a Queen-size bed and 2 Single beds, ideal for 3 siblings enjoying a special holiday together. The nearby Bedroom 5 is a fun Disney-themed room furnished with Twin beds. For the comfort and convenience of all guests, each bedroom has a ceiling fan and flatscreen TV.
Movie fans can relax in the home cinema room downstairs at the front of the villa. With a large projector screen, individual seating for 6 people and air-conditioning, your favourite blockbuster can be watched in comfort if you want to keep out of the sunshine. The games room area, upstairs on the landing, has a TV connected to games consoles, table football and air hockey, giving everybody the chance to make long-lasting memories together.
