The community is located close to Disney World so you can be enjoying the rides, parades and firework displays just 15-20 minutes after leaving here. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are also 15-20 minutes away, with Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park less than half an hours’ drive from here. The fun packed US192 is a few minutes away and has a wide range of restaurants to choose from, serving everything from steaks to salads, burgers to burritos and pancakes to pizza. The Loop, a popular outdoor shopping and dining development is 5 minutes away and provides further options for you.
This well decorated and tastefully furnished villa has all the comforts of home to help you and your family relax and enjoy your special time together here in Florida. The first lounge area is just inside the front door and has comfy seating, windows overlooking the front garden and plenty of natural light, the ideal place to sit and relax with your favourite novel after a busy day. Adjacent to this lounge is a formal dining table with 6 chairs, a great spot for meals or board game playing fun evenings. The kitchen is next and has been equipped with every appliance, gadget and utensil you are likely to need to make meal preparation easy, with a second dining table between the kitchen and doors leading to the southeast-facing pool deck. The second lounge is to the right of the kitchen and has lots of comfy seating, natural light from windows overlooking the pool area and a flatscreen TV. If viewing preferences differ then head upstairs to the third lounge area, this one has a large corner sofa in front of a flatscreen TV and is near a pool table, allowing players the chance to play in air-conditioned comfort as they watch TV at the same time.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it has windows overlooking the pool deck, a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 3 is next to this room and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are upstairs at the back and have been furnished to suit younger family members, they each have Twin beds and are separated by a family bathroom. A flatscreen TV in every bedroom means everybody gets the chance to watch a late-night movie as they unwind at the end of a busy day.
After playing games of pool in the air-conditioned lounge area upstairs come down to the games room for a few games of table football or air hockey. Additional activities can be found at the clubhouse which is a 4 minute walk away and has a large swimming pool with children’s water park area, sunbathing deck and a well-equipped gym.
There’s nothing more relaxing than coming back to your villa each night and enjoying the lake view from the southeast-facing pool deck. Kids of all ages will enjoy splashing around in the pool while adults will want to ease any tired muscles with a relaxing soak in the spa before settling down around the table with snacks and drinks to start making plans for your next Florida villa holiday.
