With lots of space inside the villa and a large west-facing outside area with private pool, relaxing spa, undercover dining area and a peaceful scenic view to the rear, this is a great villa if you want to recharge your batteries at the end of each busy day. Mickey Mouse and the other Disney characters are just 20-25 minutes away and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove can be reached in as little as 30-35 minutes. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park is approximately 35-40 minutes away via the I-4 Highway, which also leads to Daytona and Kennedy Space Center on the east coast and Busch Gardens on the west coast. Highlands Reserve community facilities can be found opposite the golfing clubhouse, 2-3 minutes away by car, or 10-15 minutes’ walk away from here if you fancied a stroll through the tree-lined neighbourhood streets. The lively US192 is a couple of miles north of the community and has hundreds of restaurants and take-aways to choose from, catering for all tastes, food desires and dietary requirements, alternatively, Berry Town Center is a 3-4 minute drive from here and has a Publix supermarket and a range of restaurants and bars, including a popular British pub renowned for it’s fish and chips!
This light, bright and very spacious villa will help you and your family relax and enjoy quality time together here in Orlando. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances, equipment and gadgets needed to fulfil any culinary task, with a convenient breakfast bar for 2 people. The nearby dining table has 4 seats and windows overlooking the pool deck, the perfect setting for tea and toast each morning. At the front of the villa is a more formal dining table, perfect for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games and chatting. The main family lounge is adjacent to the kitchen area and has plenty of natural light, comfy seats, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the west-facing pool deck. Just inside the front door is a second lounge area, again with lots of natural light flowing in from windows overlooking the pool area, comfy seating in front of the flatscreen TV means you can sit and relax as you watch your chosen movie or enjoy a few minutes peace and quiet reading a book or chatting to a loved one.
The spacious Main bedroom is next to the front lounge and has a King-size bed, patio doors leading to the pool area and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is at the rear of the villa on the right and has a Queen-size bed, this room is next to a family bathroom with direct access to the pool area. Bedroom 3, down a hallway next to the kitchen, has a Queen-size bed and this is close to Bedroom 4, a Twin-bedded room with a Harry Potter theme. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV so everybody gets the chance to have an early night and still watch their chosen programme.
The community facilities on Highlands Reserve can be used by all guests staying here and these can be found opposite the golf course clubhouse, just 2 minutes away by car. These amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area.
The fantastic outside area has west-facing views across conservation land to the rear, no overlooking neighbours on either side, plenty of seating options around in and out of the sun, a large private pool, a relaxing spa and direct access to the bathroom next to Bedroom 2.
