This privately owned 4 bedroom vacation villa is located on the peaceful golfing community of Highlands Reserve in Davenport. With a southeast-facing pool and spa with no overlooking rear neighbours, your family can spend plenty of time together in complete privacy. There are community facilities available for your use, including an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and children’s play area, ideal for keeping everyone entertained during your stay, these can be found in the centre of Highlands Reserve, a 9 minute walk away from your villa. Your villa is also close to Disney World, so hop in the car and drive 20-25 minutes to reach Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to make everyone’s childhood dreams come true. If you have already visited Disney World, then head to Universal Resorts which are only 35-40 minutes away. Here you can drink a butterbeer at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, make a splash at Volcano Bay water park and ride every rollercoaster at Islands of Adventure. SeaWorld, the home of the Sky Tower and Discovery Cove, where you can swim with dolphins, are both only 30-35 minutes away. For a selection of family friendly restaurants, head to Berry Town Center which is right next to the Highlands Reserve community. Alternatively, head a few miles north to reach the US192 where you will find hundreds of restaurants and take-aways that will cater to all tastes and dietary requirements.
Make this vacation villa your home away from home during your visit to Orlando. With a modern and well-equipped kitchen located to the left, the designated chef will find everything they need to prepare tasty meals. A breakfast table for 4 within the kitchen is a great place to start your morning with some bacon and eggs, then later enjoy dinner at the dining table with seating for 4, located to the centre left of the villa, while a nearby door leads to the southeast-facing pool deck. To the right of the villa is a family lounge, with seating for 4, lots of natural light, a flatscreen TV and windows overlooking the pool area, so you can watch a movie and keep an eye on the kids as they splash about.
The Main bedroom has a King-size bed and is the only bedroom located on the ground floor, with an en-suite bathroom and window overlooking the pool deck, making it ideal for elderly family members or early risers. Bedroom 2 is located upstairs at the front right and has a Queen-size bed, while Bedroom 3 is next to it, decorated in a style that is suitable for all ages and furnished with Twin beds. To the back right is Bedroom 4, with a Minions-theme and Bunk beds. All rooms come with a flatscreen TV, making early nights a more enjoyable experience as you drift off to sleep watching your favourite movies.
Take a 9 minute walk to reach the community facilities, which includes an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area with swings and slides, ideal for tiring out the kids just before bed.
