The villa features a games room with a pool table, table football and games console as well as a south-facing pool and spa deck with great privacy. The community has a tennis court guests have access to and this is tucked away in a quiet corner of the estate, next to a children’s playground and family BBQ and picnic area. Magic Kingdom and the other fantastic Disney World parks are just 15-20 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 25-30 minutes away. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the other attractions of Universal Resorts can be reached in as little as 35-40 minutes by driving along the nearby I-4 Highway. The lively US192 is a couple of miles north of here and has hundreds of restaurants for you to try, taking care of all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements. Berry Town Center, a mile away in the other direction, has a selection of family-friendly restaurants, a Publix supermarket and a British bar serving fish and chips.
If you are looking for a villa where you can open the front door, walk in and immediately relax, then this is the home for you. As soon as you step inside you will be in a formal lounge area with a couple of comfy sofas that is a great place to sit and relax with your loved ones or a good book. The second family lounge is at the rear of the villa and has comfy seating for 5 people in front of a flatscreen TV, doors from here lead out to the sunny south-facing pool deck. The well-equipped modern kitchen is nearby and has everything you might need to prepare some tasty meals. The breakfast bar is a great place for drinks and snacks, with a dining table between the kitchen and lounge being a perfect spot for tea and toast each morning as you plan your day ahead. A more formal dining table is near the front lounge, and this is the ideal setting if you want to play board games one evening.
The Main bedroom is at the rear of the villa, away from all others, and has a King-size bed, door to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both Twin-bedded rooms decorated and furnished in a style that would suit guests of any age. Each bedroom has its own television so there is no need to miss out on watching what you want to.
Kids of all ages will want to make some great holiday memories in the well-equipped games room as they challenge each other to games of pool or table football. There is also a games console for fans of video games. Tennis players should grab a racket and head to the community court a couple of minutes’ walk from here, and next to this is a children’s playground with swings and slides as well as a family BBQ and picnic area.
Head outside to the sunny south-facing pool deck to take advantage of the glorious Florida weather, with plenty of sun loungers for those that want to top up their tan and seats under cover for those that don’t. It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions.
