The I-4 Highway, running east to west across the state, will take you easily to Daytona, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and many of Florida’s award-winning sandy beaches. The bustling US192 is a few minutes from Bella Vida and has hundreds of restaurants and take-aways to choose from, satisfying all tastes, budgets and appetites.
The spacious open-plan layout has been designed with families in mind, helping you to relax from the very first moment you open the front door. At the front of the villa, and with windows overlooking the garden, is a formal lounge area with comfy seating for 6 or 7 people. The second lounge area is at the back of the villa and has comfy seating, a large flatscreen TV and windows and doors facing the pool deck. The fully equipped kitchen is on the left of the villa and the large breakfast bar is a great place for tea and toast in the morning as you plan the activities of the day ahead. Between the kitchen and doors leading to the southwest-facing pool area is a long dining table, a perfect place for meals or evening fun with a pack of playing cards.
All bedrooms are upstairs in this villa, the Main bedroom is at the back and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have each been furnished with Queen-size beds and each have their own en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is at the back of the villa and has a Queen-size bed, this room shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 6 which has Bunk beds. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs, making early nights or lazy mornings even more enjoyable.
The air-conditioned games room will be a welcome relief from the hot Florida sun as you play endless games of pool or table football in comfort. Additional resort facilities can be found at the clubhouse, a 10 minute walk from your villa, these include a heated swimming pool, well-equipped gym, BBQ and picnic area, fishing lake, computer lounge, cinema and outdoor courts for basketball and beach volleyball.
The southwest-facing pool area is a great place to come back to each day and has its own private pool and relaxing spa. The covered dining area is the perfect setting to discuss your plans for another Orlando villa holiday as you sip a cold drink and look out across the scenic views.
