Disney World theme parks can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes and SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are less than half an hour away by car. Universal Resorts, where guests can visit The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, is approximately 30-35 minutes away via the I-4 Highway.
This spacious and nicely decorated family home is the ideal choice for your Orlando holiday. The open-plan layout includes a kitchen area with all the appliances and equipment needed to make meal preparation quick and easy and the breakfast bar is the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee as you decide on your plans for the day ahead. The dining table overlooks the pool deck and is an ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting. A quiet lounge area is next to the dining area and offers comfy seating and windows overlooking the front garden. The main lounge area has additional seating, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the pool deck.
All bedrooms are upstairs in this villa, the large Main bedroom is at the front of the home and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, at the back of the villa on the left, has a King-size bed and Bedroom 3, at the front on the right, has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is next to Bedroom 2 and is an Avengers-themed room with Twin beds, this is adjacent to the Princess-inspired Bedroom 5 which has been furnished with Twin beds as well. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TV, making early nights even more relaxing as everybody gets the chance to drift off to sleep watching their favourite programme.
The air-conditioned games room has been equipped with a pool table and an arcade machine offering a selection of video games. The home cinema room here has individual seating for 8 people in front of a giant flatscreen TV, perfect for movie-watching evenings together. The clubhouse, a couple of minutes’ walk away from here, has a games room, TV lounge, an outdoor heated swimming pool, sunbathing terrace and separate spa. Nearby is a children’s play area with swings and slides as well as a mini golf area for fun afternoons together in the sunshine.
