This comfortable 5 bedroom privately owned rental villa is perfect for any family holiday to Orlando, boasting 2 separate lounge areas, a well-equipped games room, a large swimming pool and an undercover dining area on the pool deck. It is situated on the popular gated community of Highgate Park, part of the Legacy Park development on the US27 in Davenport, and the Disney World theme parks are just 15-20 minutes away. The I-4 Highway is nearby, and this will take you to SeaWorld and Discovery Cove in less than half an hour, Universal Resorts in about 35-40 minutes and Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center and some of Florida’s award-winning beaches. The bustling US192 is a couple of miles north of Legacy Park and has hundreds of restaurants for you to choose from, taking care of all dietary requirements, tastes and budgets. Berry Town Center is a little closer but in the other direction and has restaurants, supermarket and a British pub. Guests staying here have access to the tennis court, kiddie’s playground and BBQ and picnic area on the community, just a couple of minutes’ walk from your villa.
As a family you can all relax as soon as you walk through the front door and head straight off to unpack your suitcases. Just inside the front door is a small formal lounge area with a flatscreen TV, this is a great place to sit and relax after a long day at the parks. A second lounge area is towards the rear of the villa and has a large corner sofa in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, perfect for movie nights in with the rest of your family. Doors from this second lounge area lead directly out to the sunny pool deck so you can wander in and out with ease anytime you want to. The centrally placed kitchen has all the gadgets and utensils you might need for a self-catering holiday and the breakfast table overlooking the pool deck is a great place to sit and enjoy snacks and meals. For more formal dining times use the table near the front lounge, this is big enough for 6 people and is also ideal if you want to sit and play board games in the evenings.
The Main bedroom is upstairs away from all other rooms, it has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is downstairs to the left of the rear lounge and has a King-size bed, Bedroom 3 is close to this and has a Queen-size bed and doors leading to the pool deck, these 2 bedrooms are separated by a bathroom. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are back upstairs, and they each have Twin beds and are decorated and furnished in a style that would suit all guests, they are separated by another bathroom. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs so if you want to watch something different from the rest of the family you can retire to your room and relax.
The well-equipped games room is a favourite feature of this villa, and with a pool table, air hockey and table football, there is plenty to keep everybody entertained for hours at a time. The community tennis court is a couple of minutes’ walk from here and is next to the playground with swings and slides and the family BBQ and picnic area.
After a busy day at the theme parks or shopping malls head straight to the pool deck and relax, it has an undercover area to escape the sun, plenty of seating options and a large private pool for the whole family to be able to enjoy.
Highgate Park is a peaceful gated sub-community within the larger Legacy Park community on the US27 in Davenport. It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions. All of our rental villas have a private pool and many of them have a games room which the kids will love, a spa to help you relax and a south or west-facing pool deck for sun worshippers, many also have scenic views for you to enjoy as you recharge your batteries. From here, the popular US192, with its bars, shops and restaurants, is just a short drive away.
