The community facilities of a tennis court, children’s playground and a BBQ area can be found near the entrance gates, a couple of minutes’ walk away from here. The fun and excitement of Disney World will take approximately 20-25 minutes to reach, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 30-35 minutes’ away by car. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, will take 35-40 minutes to drive to. Berry Town Center, just a mile or so away from Legacy Park, has a Publix supermarket for all your grocery needs and a selection of family restaurants and take-aways. The lively US192, a couple of miles north of here has hundreds more dining options to choose from, catering for all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.
This traditional family villa offers all the comforts of home and is the ideal choice for your holiday to Orlando. The centrally placed kitchen has been equipped with all the necessary appliances and gadgets for a self-catering holiday and the breakfast bar, with seating for 3 people, is the perfect place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee as you decide on your plans for the day ahead. A nearby dining table overlooks the pool deck, a great place for tea and toast each morning. A second dining table, on the other side of the kitchen, is the ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. The main family lounge is centrally placed at the rear of the villa and is filled with lots of natural light, patio doors leading to the west-facing pool deck and has been furnished with comfy seating and a flatscreen TV. A second lounge area is just inside the front door and has comfy seating and windows overlooking the garden , a peaceful spot for book-reading moments or chats with a loved one. A third area, upstairs on the landing, offers the chance to sit and relax in peace and quiet or sit at the desk to fire off a few emails back home.
The spacious Main bedroom, upstairs at the back of the villa, has a King-size bed, west-facing balcony and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, downstairs at the back of the villa, has a Queen-size bed and patio doors leading to the pool deck, nearby, Bedroom 3 is another room with a Queen-size bed and a bathroom separates these two bedrooms. Bedroom 4, upstairs at the back of the villa, is a Frozen-themed room with Twin beds and this is close to the Monsters Inc-inspired Bedroom 5, furnished with Bunk beds. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs so early nights can be spent relaxing in bed watching your favourite movie as you drift off to sleep.
The community facilities can be found near the entrance gates, a couple of minutes’ walk from the villa. These facilities include a tennis court, BBQ area and a children’s playground with swings and slides.
The outside area is west-facing so you will have plenty of Florida sunshine as you splash around in your own private pool or take a relaxing soak in the spa before settling down to enjoy a meal you've cooked on the complimentary gas BBQ grill or snacks and drinks around the table.
Highgate Park is a peaceful gated sub-community within the larger Legacy Park community on the US27 in Davenport. It is close to Disney World and all road links taking you to Universal, SeaWorld and Orlando’s other top attractions. All of our rental villas have a private pool and many of them have a games room which the kids will love, a spa to help you relax and a south or west-facing pool deck for sun worshippers, many also have scenic views for you to enjoy as you recharge your batteries. From here, the popular US192, with its bars, shops and restaurants, is just a short drive away.
