Already done Disney World? Then drive 25-30 minutes to Universal Resorts and visit Volcano Bay water park, Islands of Adventure and see Hogwarts at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. For more fun, visit Discovery Cove and swim with dolphins, and then SeaWorld, both only 20-25 minutes away. If you don’t fancy doing the washing up after dinner, head to the nearby ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages, where you will find a range of restaurants. For even more options, travel a few miles to visit the popular US192, where you will discover a wider selection of locations that will suit all tastes and dietary requirements.
As soon as you step into this private villa, you will want to kick off your shoes and relax. To the immediate right of the door is a spacious lounge area with plenty of natural light and modern seating and a large flatscreen TV, ideal for watching your favourite movies and shows. Next to this lounge is a formal dining table with seating for 6, where you can let the conversation flow all evening. The large kitchen is located to the centre right of the villa and is well-equipped with appliances and utensils, everything you will need to make meals during your stay. Breakfast seating for 4 in the kitchen is a great place to start your morning with tea and toast before you head out to the nearby Orlando attractions. Next to the kitchen, to the rear right of the villa is a long dining table with seating for 10 and windows overlooking the pool deck, so you can keep an eye on the kids as they swim. At the centre rear of the villa is another lounge area, with seating for 6 and a flatscreen TV, helpful if movie night choices are differing. Upstairs is another lounge, with seating for 4, an air hockey table and flatscreen TV with games consoles. Meanwhile, at the front of the villa is a children’s playroom, furnished with table football, children’s toys, Wendy house and play kitchen. These are great places for your kids to play and burn off some energy while you take some time to relax.
The large Main Bedroom is located upstairs at the rear of the villa, with a King-size bed, sofa and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the right with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 3, which is decorated with a Mickey Mouse-theme with Twin beds. Bedroom 4 is to the front left and is furnished with a King-size bed. Bedroom 5 is the only bedroom on the ground floor and has a King-size bed. Bedroom 6 is back upstairs, next to Bedroom 4, and furnished with Twin beds. All rooms come with a flatscreen TV, making early nights even more relaxing as you drift off while watching your favourite movies.
While this villa does not have a games room, there is an air hockey table in the upstairs lounge, as well as table football in the previously mentioned children’s playroom. For more entertainment, head towards the community facilities, which are only a 12 minute walk away and feature a fully-equipped, modern gym and TV lounge. Outside facilities such as a heated pool, lazy river, water slides and children’s play area will entertain kids and adults alike while tennis and beach volleyball courts are available for the more active members of your family.
The outdoor area of this villa can be accessed by a door close to Bedroom 5 and features a covered seating area, where you can sit together and chat, a table for alfresco dining and a private pool and spa which has a permanent safety fence. With no overlooking neighbours, you can enjoy this pool deck and the sunny Orlando weather in total privacy. Upstairs and at the front of the villa is a balcony accessible from a door in the upstairs lounge area. With seating for 2, you can sit and relax in peace during the quiet evenings.
