The nearest restaurants to Windsor at Westside can be found on the popular US192, just 10 minutes away, with enough choice to satisfy all tastes, appetites and dietary requirements.
The open-plan layout of this vacation villa has been carefully thought out so that you and your family get the chance to relax together away from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday living. The lounge area is filled with lots of natural light and has comfy seating in front of a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The modern kitchen is on the left and has been equipped with all appliances and gadgets that you might require as well as having a convenient breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. Between the kitchen and windows overlooking the pool deck is a family dining table, a great place for mealtimes or evening fun playing games and chatting.
The Main bedroom is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it sis close to the kitchen and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom that can also be accessed from the living areas if necessary. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and has been furnished with 2 Double beds and has its own en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the front of the villa and is a Superheroes-themed room with Twin beds, this is next to Bedroom 5 which has a Single bed and a set of Bunk beds, perfect for a trio of siblings or young friends. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs, making early nights even more enjoyable and relaxing.
The nearby resort facilities are available for all guests to enjoy and include a resort-style outdoor swimming pool with waterslides, splash park and lazy river, a Tiki bar open 7 days a week, multipurpose sports courts and a clubhouse with games room, well-equipped gym and TV lounge.
The outside area has a good degree of privacy with no directly overlooking neighbours so that you can enjoy your own private pool and spa after a busy day at the theme parks, and this is heated free of charge for our customers. The covered dining area is a perfect place to sit and enjoy drinks and snacks in the evening as you start making plans for your next Florida villa holiday.
