The magic and excitement of Orlando’s theme parks are all within easy driving distances, Disney World is just 10-15 minutes away, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are approximately 20-25 minutes away and Universal Resorts, home to the exhilarating Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay water park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, can be reached in less than half an hour via the I-4 Highway. The bustling US192 is 10 minutes drive from here and offers a wide selection of dining establishments to choose from, satisfying all culinary desires and dietary requirements.
The open-plan layout of this vacation home will allow you and your family the chance to relax together away from the chaos of your normal everyday lives. The centrally placed modern kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils for a self-catering holiday and the breakfast bar is a great place to sit and plan your day ahead as you enjoy a morning cup of tea. The nearby dining table has seating for 8 people and is ideal for mealtimes or evening fun playing board games. The downstairs lounge area is at the rear of the home and has comfy seating, patio doors leading to the pool deck and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The second lounge area is upstairs and also has comfy seating and another wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
The spacious Main bedroom is upstairs at the front of the property and has a King-size bed, seating and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is at the front of the property next to a bathroom and has been furnished with a King-size bed. Bedroom 4, a Star Wars-themed room with Twin beds is close to the Encanto-themed Bedroom 5 which has a set of custom made Bunk beds. A flatscreen TV in each bedroom allows for extra guest comfort and convenience.
The resort facilities on Windsor at Westside are often considered to be among the best in the Disney area and can be found just 11 minutes’ walk away from here. These amenities include a heated swimming pool with lazy river and water slides, a separate kiddie’s splash pool, a hot tub, sunbathing terrace with loungers, licenced Tiki bar and multipurpose sports courts. Indoor activities in the clubhouse include a modern gym, a games room and a TV lounge as well as a convenience store.
The secluded pool deck area has privacy walls on all sides and the pool will be heated free of charge for our guests. The covered dining area has a free gas BBQ grill, wall-mounted pool deck TV and a convenient cloakroom so there will be no need to go running through the house with wet feet.
