Located on the popular and peaceful golfing community of Highlands Reserve on the US27 in Davenport, you have access to a number of community facilities that are only 3 minutes away, including an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area. Fans of golf may also want to play a round or have a go at the clubs driving range. The wonder of Disney World is only 20-25 minutes away by car, so visit Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios to meet all your favourite characters and create lasting memories. If you have already been to Disney World, then head 35-40 minutes to Universal Resorts, to catch the Hogwarts Express at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, get soaked through at Volcano Bay water park and explore Jurassic Park at Islands of Adventure. Other attractions include SeaWorld, where you can ride Pipeline: The Surf Coaster or Discovery Bay, where you can swim with dolphins, both only 30-35 minutes away. For a few restaurants that are likely to satisfy any potential cravings you may have, head to Berry Town Centre, which is right next to Highlands Reserve. Alternatively, drive a couple of miles to the lively US192 where you will find hundreds of popular and family friendly restaurants that will satisfy all tastes and dietary requirements.
The modern and well-equipped kitchen can be found at the front right of the villa, where you can cook up some delicious meals for the whole family, while 3 “assistants” can watch from the breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast table for 4, a perfect place to have tea and toast in the morning, while a formal dining table with seating for 6 can be found to the left of the villa, an ideal place to enjoy a meal and a chat. There is a lounge with a flatscreen TV to the rear right of the villa, with a door to the west-facing pool deck so you can watch a movie and then jump in the pool once it ends. On the other side of the villa on the left is a second lounge area, with seating for 4, a window overlooking the pool deck and a flatscreen TV. This is a great location should others wish to watch a different movie at the same time.
The large Main bedroom is located upstairs, at the back right of the villa with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the front left and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it has a Queen-size bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are at the back of the villa upstairs and have been decorated and furnished in a style to suit guests of all ages.
Highlands Reserve offers several community facilities for your use that are only 3 minutes away, including a swimming pool, tennis courts and children’s play areas. If you wish to play a round of golf or use the driving range, head to the golf club and the staff will be happy to help.
