Orlando’s popular attractions are all within easy driving distances, Disney World is 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld is less than half an hour from here and Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park, can be reached in about 35-40 minutes. With the I-4 Highway being just 5 miles away, Florida’s coastlines are very easy to reach, meaning you can be relaxing on a white sandy beach within 2 hours of leaving Calabay Parc. The US192 is easy to reach from here and has hundreds of terrific restaurants and fast food outlets for you to try, catering for all taste buds and dietary requirements.
This villa has comfortable furnishings and a warm ambience, helping you to relax and settle in as soon as you arrive. Immediately inside the front door is the formal dining table with seating for 6 people, a great place to sit and enjoy an evening of playing board games once the dishes have been cleared away. To the right of this is a small snug lounge area with a comfy sofa and a TV, a quiet zone if you want to cuddle up with a loved one and watch a movie together. At the rear of the villa is the main family lounge with a sofa, loveseat and armchair as well as a flatscreen TV and patio doors to the sunny pool deck. On the right of the family lounge is the large, open-plan kitchen that has been equipped with all the gadgets and utensils you might need. The breakfast bar, with 3 seats, is a perfect spot to sit and relax with tea and toast in the morning, while an additional table overlooking the pool deck is ideal for the kids to have their meals at. The landing also offers a cosy book-reading corner for when you want to take yourself off and relax with your favourite novel.
The spacious Main bedroom is on the ground floor to the left of the family lounge and has a King-size bed, a single door to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is immediately to the right of the landing upstairs and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is downstairs to the right of the staircase and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom which can also be accessed from the hallway close to the games room. Bedroom 4 is upstairs next to Bedroom 2 and has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a door leading to the landing. Bedroom 5 is next to Bedroom 4 and again has Twin beds, both Twin-bedded rooms have been furnished and decorated in a style that would suit all guests. With a TV in every bedroom, all guests get the chance to enjoy what they want to watch on television.
The games room will be home to memories that last a lifetime for your family as you watch TV or play endless games of pool or table football against each other.
The pool deck with conservation views to the rear of the property has a good-sized pool and a spa. The covered outdoor dining table is perfect for snacks and drinks, and the pool deck is ideal for sunbathers who want to relax in the Florida sun.
