Disney World theme parks can be reached in as little as 10 minutes from here, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are about 15-20 minutes away and Universal Resorts, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park, is just a 30 minute car journey away along the I-4 Highway. With hundreds of dining options for you to choose from, the US192 is conveniently close and means you don’t have to spend hours driving every night when you go out for something to eat. The clubhouse offers some of the best community facilities in Kissimmee and is just a 6 minute walk from your villa. This is where you will find the heated swimming pool, separate spa, sports courts, Tiki bar, modern gym, play area and jogging trail.
Near the front of the villa to the right hand side is the formal dining table with seating for 4 people and an archway through to the kitchen. Continuing through the villa, the modern, open-plan kitchen has all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might need and an additional table with seating for 6 people, which makes a great setting for board game playing evenings, sharing a bottle of wine together. Patio doors close by lead out to the sunny west-facing pool deck so you can wander in and out with ease. To the left of the kitchen is the modern family lounge with comfy sofas and armchairs, a play area for small children and a flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is on the ground floor to the left of the family lounge, it has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is downstairs just inside the front door and also has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 4 is upstairs next to Bedroom 2 and is a Toy Story-themed room with Twin beds. Bedroom 5 is to the right of the landing upstairs and is an amazing Star Wars themed bedroom with custom made Twin beds. With a flatscreen TV in each bedroom nobody as to miss out on watching their choice of programme as they relax at the end of a busy day.
Make some long-lasting holiday memories in the games room as you compete against each other playing table tennis, shuffleboard or table football. Extra resort facilities can be found at the clubhouse, a 6 minute walk from here, including a heated outdoor swimming pool, Tiki bar, games room, play area, well-equipped gym, jogging trail and sports courts for tennis and volleyball.
The inviting west-facing pool deck has a private pool and spa, a covered outdoor dining table with seating for 4 people and a good amount of patio space, ideal for the whole family to enjoy the glorious Florida weather.
