The fun and excitement of Magic Kingdom and the other Disney World parks can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 30-35 minutes away. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park is a 35-40 car journey away along the easy to reach I-4 Highway. The popular US192 is a few miles north of Solana and has hundreds of restaurants to choose from, satisfy all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements, even close is Berry Town Center which has a Publix supermarket, British bar and selection of family restaurants.
This vacation villa offers all the comforts of home and will help you and your family relax and enjoy quality time together here in Orlando. The open-plan layout includes a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets you are likely to need and a small breakfast table closet to doors leading to the south-facing pool deck. On the other side of the kitchen is a more formal dining area, this one has 6 seats and is a perfect spot for mealtimes or evenings together playing board games. The family lounge, filled with lots of natural light from the pool-deck windows, has comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV, perfect for cosy movie nights together.
The spacious Main bedroom is just off the family lounge and has windows overlooking the pool area, a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the back of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is downstairs overlooking the front garden and has a Queen-size bed; the ground floor family bathroom is nearby. Back upstairs for Bedroom 4 at the front of the villa, furnished with Twin beds and suitable for guests of all ages. Centrally placed upstairs is Bedroom 5, a room furnished with Bunk beds and suitable for younger family members.
There is a pool table and table football game in the games room. The community facilities are also available for guests to use at the clubhouse, a 2-3 minute walk from here, and these amenities include a heated swimming pool, spa, sunbathing deck with loungers and cabanas, Tiki bar, clubhouse with TV lounge and free Wi-Fi and an outdoor children’s play area and mini golf.
