This 5 bedroom villa is the ideal place for your holiday in Orlando to start. Situated on Solterra, one of the best and most popular gated resort communities in Davenport. The villa has a south-facing private pool, perfect for sun-worshippers in your group, and also has its own relaxing spa, which makes this a great place to sit as you look out across the views of conservation to the rear of the property. There is also a well-equipped games room if you'd prefer to spend a bit of time indoors playing pool, table football and air hockey. When you are ready, you can head out into the community to enjoy the resort facilities available at the clubhouse, a 5 minute walk away, including the heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa and sunbathing area, modern gym and outdoor sports courts. Magic Kingdom and all other Disney World parks can be reached in as little as 15-20 minutes, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are 20-25 minutes away and Universal Resort, including Volcano Bay water park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, is 25-30 minutes drive along the I-4 Highway. The US192, which hosts a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants, is to the north of the community and is sure to satisfy any taste or budget.

The main family lounge is at the back of the villa and has sofa seating for 6 around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV close to a set of patio doors leading to the south-facing pool deck. The kitchen, with modern appliances, granite worktops and a breakfast bar for 4 guests, is at the heart of the villa. Opposite the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 10 people, a great place to sit and enjoy fun evenings playing board games together.
The Main bedroom is to the right of the lounge and has a King-size bed, patio doors leading out onto the pool deck area and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the rear of the lounge on the left and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 3 is to the left of the dining area and is a Star Wars-themed room with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is at the front of the property and has a Queen-size bed, this room is next to a family bathroom. Bedroom 5 is to the left of the lounge and is a Minions-themed room with Twin beds, this room is next to another family bathroom. For the convenience of guests, all bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs.
For the more active members of your group, there is an amazing well-equipped games room where you can play as much pool, air hockey and table football as you'd like. Some seating has also been supplied where spectators can put up tired feet as they await their next turn. The clubhouse is just a 5 minute walk away and offers amazing community facilities including an internet room, TV lounge, outdoor heated swimming pool with separate lazy river, spa and sunbathing area, fully-equipped gym, picnic area, kid's play area, fishing lake, tennis and volleyball courts.
