There is plenty of fun to be had at this stylish 6 bedroom privately owned rental villa on the highly recommended gated Davenport community of Solterra. The pool deck has its own spa, as well as a table and chairs which are ideal for chatting on long into the night. If you prefer your fun to be a bit more competitive, then head to the games room to play as much basketball, pool and table tennis as you can manage. The villa has 2 lounges so there is plenty of space for people to rest any weary legs in front of a TV. The gated community of Solterra offers all guests the opportunity to make use of the community facilities, which include a well-equipped gym, sports courts, play areas for the young ones, cabana-lined communal heated pool with lazy river as well as a clubhouse where you can meet holidaymakers from all over the world, all of this can be found just 6 minutes walk away from the villa. The magic and excitement of Disney World is just 15-20 minutes away, Discovery Cove and SeaWorld are 20-25 minutes away and Universal, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, can be reached in 25-30 minutes. ChampionsGate Village, a couple of minutes away, has a wide selection of family restaurants ready to tempt your taste buds.
The first of the 2 lounges is downstairs at the back of the villa and has a corner sofa for 6 people, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and a set of patio doors leading out to the sunny pool deck. Overlooking this lounge is the open-plan, well-equipped, kitchen which has granite worktops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for 2 guests. Adjoining the kitchen is a dining table for 6 people with windows overlooking the pool deck. The main dining area is at the front of the villa and contains a table and chairs for 8 people. Another lounge is upstairs and contains a large corner sofa and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, perfect if some members of the family want to watch a different programme.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is next to the lounge and contains a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs, to the left of the landing is Bedroom 2 which has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 3 is to the right of the landing with a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 5. Bedroom 4 is across the landing from here and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 5 is next to Bedroom 3 and contains Twin beds as well as an en-suite bathroom which is shared with Bedroom 3. Bedroom 6 also has Twin beds and can be found next to Bedroom 4. For the convenience of guests, all bedrooms have wall-mounted flatscreen TVs.
For the active members of your group, there is a games room where you can play as much pool, table tennis and basketball as you wish. The community facilities are at the clubhouse, a 6 minute walk away, and include an internet room, TV lounge, outdoor swimming pool with separate lazy river, spa and sunbathing area, fully-equipped fitness centre, picnic area, kid's play area, fishing lake, tennis and volleyball courts.
After busy days on the rides and rollercoasters, come back home and enjoy alfresco dining out on the sun-drenched pool deck or splash around in the private pool and spa, both of which have been fitted with easy access handrails.
