Boasting a west-facing pool deck with views of a lake and conservation area at the rear of the villa, this is a great spot for alfresco dining and living. The well-equipped games room will provide a welcome escape from the hot Florida sun and the resort facilities, a 4 minute walk from here, include a swimming pool, modern gym, sports courts and a children’s play area. The magic and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 20 minutes, with Universal Resorts being a half hour drive away.
Immediately inside the front door to the left-hand side is a formal lounge area with a sofa and armchairs. Adjacent to this is the formal dining table seating 6 people, a great place to enjoy after dinner chats in the evening. Continuing through the villa to the left-hand side is the large, open-plan and well-equipped kitchen with an additional table seating 4 people close to patio doors leading out to the pool deck. To the right of the kitchen is the main family lounge with comfy seating and a flatscreen TV. Upstairs is another family lounge with more comfy seating and a flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor and it is close to the main family lounge, it has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the far right of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the left of the landing upstairs and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is to the right of the landing and has Twin beds, Bedroom 5 is next to Bedroom 4 and is a Disney-themed bedroom with Twin beds. Each bedroom has its own TV so there is no need to miss out on watching your favourite programme.
The games room located just off the family lounge is equipped with a pool table, table tennis, table football and seating. Head to the community facilities if you want to try something different, these are just a 4 minute walk away and include an outdoor heated swimming pool, well-equipped gym, sports courts and children’s play area.
The west-facing deck, with private pool and spa, has views of a lake and conservation to the rear of the villa. The covered dining area, with ample seating for everybody, means you can all enjoy alfresco lunches or dinners, or sit with a cold drink and watch the kids splash around in the pool.
