The fun and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove less than half an hours’ drive away from here as well. Universal Resorts, just 30-35 minutes away by car, is home to Volcano Bay water park, Islands of Adventure and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. The I-4 Highway is nearby and this will take you to Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center and some of Florida’s award-winning sandy beaches. The nearest restaurant options for Watersong are at ChampionsGate and Reunion Villages, here you will find a Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Fords Garage, Miller’s Ale House and plenty of other family restaurants to choose from.
This privately owned vacation villa can be your ideal home from home for your Orlando holiday, it has been equipped with everything you might need and has plenty of space for everybody to be able to relax and enjoy their time here. To the left of the front door is a peaceful lounge area with comfy seating, a great place to sit and read your favourite novel or chat with a family member. A second lounge area is at the rear of the villa, this is filled with lots of natural light flowing in from the windows overlooking the pool deck and has a large comfy corner sofa in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The third lounge area is upstairs, perfect if viewing preferences differ, this lounge has a curved sofa for 3 or 4 people, a flatscreen TV and a poker table if you want to have fun evenings together practising your bluffing skills! The kitchen, centrally placed on the left of the downstairs area, has all the appliances and gadgets you would expect to find in a vacation home and a large island in the middle to assist with meal preparation. Between the kitchen and doors leading out to the pool deck is a dining table with 6 seats, a perfect spot for breakfast each morning as you make plans for the day ahead. On the other side of the kitchen, next to the front lounge, is a formal dining table with 8 seats, a perfect setting for mealtimes of evening fun playing games and chatting.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is to the right of the rear downstairs lounge and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs on the right at the front of the villa, it has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is on the left at the front and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, this is next to the poker table in the 3rd lounge. Bedroom 4 is next to Bedroom 2 on the other side of the landing and has Twin beds and is decorated and furnished in a style to suit all guests. Bedroom 5, at the back on the right, is a Disney-themed room with Twin beds. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs so there is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their preferred programme if they take themselves off for an early night.
The games room is at the front of the villa downstairs, it has a pool table and an air hockey table as well as seating for spectators or players waiting for their chance to show off their skills. The community facilities, 4 minutes’ walk away at the clubhouse, include a TV lounge, games room, well-equipped gym, heated outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace and spa and basketball and beach volleyball courts.
The extended outside area, accessed from patio doors near the dining table, has a large private pool, relaxing spa, undercover dining area and natural conservation views to one side and the back, making this the perfect place to make many happy memories together as a family.
