The villa sits on the gated Davenport resort of Solterra, one of the best communities in the Disney area, popular with many returning guests each year. Thrill-seekers will be pleased that Disney World is just 15-20 minutes’ drive from here, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove will take about 20-25 minutes and Universal, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is 25-30 minutes away. The US192, offering hundreds of dining experiences and ChampionsGate Village, with a wide selection of family restaurants, are both just a few minutes’ drive away, meaning that all tastes, budgets and appetites are catered for. Guests staying on Solterra have exclusive access to the amazing resort facilities, including heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa, gym and outdoor sports courts. These facilities can be found at the clubhouse, just 10-15 minutes’ walk away from the villa.
This modern open-plan villa allows enough space for the whole family to be able to relax together in luxury and sunshine, away from the stresses and strains of normal everyday living. On the left-hand side is the large kitchen with granite worktops and enough appliances, equipment and utensils to prepare tasty family meals. The breakfast bar with 4 stools is the perfect place to sit and enjoy snacks, drinks and chats throughout the day, while the long family dining table is great for sitting around together, eating and having fun. Doors from here lead out to the sunny pool deck so you can wander in and out as often as you please. To the right of this area is the main family lounge with a large comfy corner sofa, flatscreen TV and windows overlooking the pool deck. Upstairs is a second lounge area, in case viewing preferences differ, this lounge also has comfy seating and a large flatscreen TV.
The Main bedroom is on the ground floor at the rear of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom that also has a door to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 3, another with a King-size bed, is downstairs to the left of the front door and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is upstairs and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5, upstairs at the back has a Double bed and a Single bed and has been decorated in a Disney Princess theme. Bedroom 6 has been decorated in a Space theme and furnished with Twin beds and a spare Trundle bed in case 3 siblings wish to share the same room. Every bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so there is no need for anybody to miss out on watching their favourite programme.
The games room will be where many great holiday memories will be made as you challenge each other to games of pool, air hockey or table football. Extra activities, if required, are available at the clubhouse, a 10-15 minute walk from here. These facilities include a heated swimming pool, lazy river, spa and sun bathing area, games room, well-equipped gym and outdoor sports courts.
At the end of each busy day come back to your villa and relax around your own private swimming pool enjoying the lake view or watching the kids splash around having fun as you enjoy a soak in the spa or prepare dinner on the BBQ.
