In the centre of the community is an 11 acre woodland with walking trails, an ideal activity for active family members. Make a start to your incredible Orlando holiday by visiting one of the theme parks, such as Disney World, with Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios all being only a 10-15 minute drive away. Alternatively, make your way to Universal Resorts and enjoy a butterbeer at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, get soaked to the bone at Volcano Bay water park and soar through the air on thrilling rollercoasters at Islands of Adventure, all 25-30 minutes away by car. Discovery Cove, where you can swim with dolphins and SeaWorld, are also only 20-25 minutes away. If you are too tired to self-cater after a day of theme parks then the popular US192 is a couple of minutes away from Emerald Island, where you will find countless restaurants and fast-food outlets that will cater to any acquired tastes or dietary requirements.
As soon as you enter this vacation villa, you will want to kick off your shoes and settle in. Immediately as you enter you will find a small lounge area to the left, with comfortable seating for 5, an ideal place if you want to quietly curl up with a book. To the rear left of the villa is the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, with a nearby table with seating for 6, an ideal place to enjoy a breakfast of coffee and pancakes. Located to the centre left of the villa is a dining table with seating for 8, where you can enjoy self-catered meals and then have a sit and chat after the kids have cleared the dishes away. To the right of the kitchen at the rear of the villa and filled with natural light, is a spacious lounge area with seating for 6 and a flatscreen TV, where you and your family can relax and watch all your favourite movies. Next to the kitchen is a door that gives access to the south-facing pool deck should you wish to top up your tan.
The Main Bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor and is ideal for anyone needing a little extra privacy, with windows overlooking the pool deck and a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs, at the front right and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the front left and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is located to the rear left, with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is at the rear of the villa and is decorated with a Nintendo-theme and has Twin beds. Bedroom 6 is located on the right of the villa next to Bedroom 2, furnished in a Minnie Mouse-theme with Bunk beds. All bedrooms come with their own flatscreen TV, ideal for early nights after a day of theme parks.
When you decide to take a break from the Orlando sun, head to the games room that has an air conditioning unit, a pool table, table football, flatscreen TV and seating, ideal for anyone waiting for their turn. If you seek further entertainment, the local community facilities are only 13 minutes’ walk away and feature a gym and fitness centre, as well as a sauna and steam room, allowing you to work out and then relax your tired muscles. Outside facilities include a heated swimming pool, hot tub and children’s play area, so you can relax at the poolside Tiki bar while the kids play and burn off their energy, while those more active of your family or fans of nature will want to explore local trails that pass through the communities 11 acres of woodland.
