Situated near the US192 with its wide selection of shops, bars and family restaurants, is this large 7 bedroom privately owned rental villa on the amazing Emerald Island gated resort in Kissimmee. The villa offers lots of space, inside and out, for you to be able to relax with your family as well as a private pool and spa, themed bedrooms for the kids and a games room for family fun in the evenings. Resort facilities, just a 3-4 minute drive from the villa, include a clubhouse with well-equipped gym, computer lounge and sauna. Outdoor facilities include a heated swimming pool and hot tub, Tiki bar, tennis and volleyball courts, picnic and BBQ area, play area and jogging and walking trails. Disney World can be reached in as little as 10 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 20 minutes away and Universal about half an hours drive along the I-4 Highway.
The spacious villa will allow you to always find a quite space to sit and relax, and yet never be too far away from the rest of your family. The first lounge area welcomes you into the villa and has comfortable seating for 5 guests and windows overlooking the front garden. The main lounge is at the back of the villa and has seating for 6 people around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and windows to the pool deck. The open-plan kitchen with central island has all the appliances, utensils and equipment you are likely to need, and also contains a dining table for 4 people close to doors leading to the sunny pool deck. The main dining table seats 8 people and is between the kitchen and the front lounge, this is a great place to sit and enjoy meals and fun evenings playing cards or board games together.
The Main bedroom is downstairs close to the rear lounge and overlooks the pool deck, it has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. All other bedrooms are upstairs, Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa to the left of the stairs, it has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the right of the stairs and has a King-size bed. Near to this is Bedroom 4 which also has a King-size bed. Bedroom 5 has a Queen-size bed and is next to Bedroom 2, and Bedroom 6, a Frozen-themed Twin room is near Bedroom 5. Bedroom 7, a Spiderman-themed room, is next to Bedroom 4 and has Twin beds. For guests’ added convenience, all bedrooms have wall-mounted flatscreen TVs.
For those with a competitive spirit, there is a carpeted games room which has a table tennis table as well as a table football game and seating for players to rest their weary legs! Extra community facilities are available at the clubhouse, a 3-4 minute drive from here, or 15 minutes stroll if you want to take a wander through the community. This is where you can find the heated community pool, well-equipped gym, sports courts, play area and lots more.
After long exhausting days at the theme parks, come back home to your villa and relax with your family as you make lots of happy memories together. The large pool deck offers plenty of space and furniture for everybody and the private pool will be refreshing to jump in to, especially on hot summer days. Any tired leg muscles can be eased with half an hour in the relaxing spa as you relax in there with a cold drink.
