The thrills and excitement of Disney World are just 10-15 minutes away, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 20-25 minutes away and Universal, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay are just 30 minutes’ drive along the nearby I-4 Highway. The bustling US192 is a couple of miles from here and offers hundreds of different dining options, catering for every taste, budget and appetite imaginable. Guests wanting to experience some of the best community facilities in the Kissimmee area should head for the clubhouse, a 10-15 minute walk from the villa, and this is where you will find a heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, games room, play area, well-equipped gym, jogging trails and outdoor courts for volleyball and tennis.
This beautiful villa really is the perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s parks and will provide the ideal opportunity for everybody to be able to relax as soon as they return home here each night. Immediately inside the front door is the first of the lounge areas with a large comfy corner sofa. This is a great place to sit and relax in peace and quiet with your favourite novel or a loved one as you sit and chat about the day you’ve just shared. Adjacent to this lounge is a modern dining table with 8 chairs, a perfect place to sit and enjoy an evening playing board games together once the dishes have been cleared away. Continuing through the villa, on the left is the large, open-plan kitchen, with all the appliances, equipment and utensils you might need, and another dining table, this one with 6 seats, that is adjacent to doors leading to the pool deck. To the right of the kitchen is the main family lounge with comfy sofas, a flatscreen TV and patio doors leading out to the sunshine on the pool deck.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is to the right of the family lounge and has a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the far right of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is to the left of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed, Bedroom 4 is to the right of the landing upstairs and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 5 is next to Bedroom 4 and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 6 is to the far left of the landing upstairs and has 2 sets of Bunk beds suitable for younger family members and Bedroom 7 is next to Bedroom 3 and has been furnished with Twin beds and is suitable for guests of all ages. With a TV in every bedroom except the one containing Bunk beds, there is no reason why the adults should miss out on watching their favourite TV programme as they drift off to sleep each night.
The air-conditioned cinema room located just off the family lounge has comfy cinema-style seating, a projector and a large screen. Extra activities can be found at the clubhouse, a 10-15 minute walk from here, including the heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, games room, play area and outdoor sports courts.
