The very popular Solana community is a small, gated resort on the US27 in Davenport, midway between the US192 and the I-4 Highway. This 6 bedroom privately owned rental villa has a carpeted games room where you can play pool in comfort and a large private pool and spa area with no rear neighbours. The clubhouse is just 4 minutes walk away from here and this is where you can access the community facilities including a heated swimming pool, hot tub, Tiki bar, gym, games arcade and kiddie’s play area. The rides, characters and fireworks of Disney World are just 25-30 minutes away from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about a 30-35 minute drive away. Universal Resorts, which includes The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Volcano Bay water park can be reached in about 35-40 minutes along the I-4 Highway, which also leads to Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center as well as some of Florida’s finest beaches. The US192 is a popular destination for many tourists, and this has hundreds of restaurants and take-away options for you to choose from, with enough choice to satisfy all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.
Just inside the front door is a peaceful lounge area with a sofa and an armchair, this is the ideal spot for rest and relaxation after a busy day at the parks or to catch up with your favourite book. Towards the rear of the villa is a second lounge area, this one has a large corner sofa in front of a flatscreen TV and is perfect for cosy evenings in watching a movie together. The kitchen is fully-equipped, ideal for knocking up some fantastic family meals to enjoy or preparing picnics to carry with you as you explore everything that Florida has to offer. If you are dining in the villa then there is a table seating 6 people near the front lounge, this is a great place to sit after your meal and play family board games. A second dining table overlooking the sunny pool deck is perfect for toast and orange juice in the morning as you plan the activities of the day ahead.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor and is to the right of the lounge, it has a four-poster King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the landing upstairs and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 is on the right of the landing and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is close to Bedroom 2 and has Twin beds with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is close to Bedroom 3 and has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom that also has a door to the landing. The last bedroom is Bedroom 6 which has Bunk beds and would appeal to younger family members. All bedrooms have their own TVs, so everybody gets the chance to watch their choice of programme as they drift off to sleep each night.
The carpeted games room has plenty of comfy seating for players waiting their turn to play pool or table football, just make sure you keep score so you know who the champion is! The clubhouse is less than 5 minutes’ walk from your villa and this is where guests can access the community facilities, including heated swimming pool, separate hot tub, Tiki bar, gymnasium, play area and mini golf.
The large pool deck area is the perfect spot for relaxation in the sunshine after a busy day at the parks, with plenty of seating options under the covered area, adults can sit and enjoy a cold drink or soak in the spa while the kids have fun splashing around in the pool.
The popular Davenport community of Solana, with 24hour manned security at the entrance, is on the US27, close to Disney World, Universal and Orlando’s top theme parks. The community clubhouse has plenty of sun loungers and cabanas around the heated swimming pool, as well as a separate spa, crazy golf, well-equipped gym and BBQ area.
