The open-plan layout of this beautiful villa will help you and your family relax into holiday mode as soon as you step through the front door. The centrally placed modern kitchen has all the appliances, utensils and gadgets you are likely to need if you decide to choose a self-catering evening instead of trying one of the local restaurants. The breakfast bar here has 4 seats and is a great place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee as you work out your plans for the day ahead. The nearby dining table has 8 seats, perfect for mealtimes together or for evening fun playing games and chatting. The downstairs lounge is at the back of the villa and has patio doors leading to the pool deck, comfy seating and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The upstairs lounge is centrally placed and has further comfy seating in front of a large flatscreen TV, with an air hockey table and games console providing entertainment for the kids if necessary.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it is to the left of the lounge and has a King-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with a door leading directly out to the pool area. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are centrally placed upstairs, just off the lounge area and with a bathroom separating them, they have each been furnished with a Queen-size bed. At the back of the villa upstairs is Bedroom 5, a Star Wars-themed bedroom with Twin beds and Bedroom 6, a Twin-bedded room with a Princess theme, these rooms are also separated by a family bathroom. For the comfort and convenience of all guests, each bedroom has a ceiling fan and wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
Although no traditional games room in this villa, there is an air hockey table in the upstairs lounge as well as a games console connected to the TV. The clubhouse, a 2-3 minute car journey from here, or 15 minute stroll through the neighbourhood of you prefer, has a variety of community facilities you can enjoy including a heated swimming pool with waterslides and lazy river, separate spa, kiddie’s splash pool, sunbathing terrace, licenced Tiki bar, well-equipped gym, convenience store, TV lounge and multipurpose outdoor sports courts.
