This privately owned 6 bedroom rental villa with a south-facing pool and spa and a games room for the kids to enjoy, is located on the exclusive gated resort community of Windsor Hills in Kissimmee, just 15 minutes away from Disney World and less than a 30 minute drive away from Universal Studios. A wide range of shops, restaurants and fast-food outlets can be found along the US192 which is less than 10 minutes’ drive away. Resort facilities, just 10-15 minutes’ walk from here, include a heated lagoon-style swimming pool, water park, gym, sports courts, playground, cinema, BBQ area and clubhouse.
No matter if you are coming to Orlando for the thrills and excitement of the theme parks, to relax in the sun or to explore the famous beaches, this villa is the perfect choice. You will feel at home as soon as you enter through the front door and see the family lounge area and comfy seating around the large flatscreen TV. A second lounge area is at the rear of the villa overlooking the south-facing pool deck so you can watch over the children splashing around having fun. The open-plan kitchen, with granite worktops and central island, is well-equipped with everything you might need to cook a fabulous meal for the family. Just by the front lounge is the formal dining table seating 8 people, whilst in the kitchen area is a smaller dining table which would be perfect for the kids to sit around.
The Main bedroom is upstairs at the rear of the villa and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is also upstairs and at the front of the villa, it has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is next to the Main bedroom and has a Queen-size bed. Downstairs is Bedroom 4 with a Queen-size bed, this is a great room for guests that want a little extra privacy or are early risers and don’t want to disturb other family members. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are both upstairs and both have been furnished with Twin beds suitable for guests of all ages. A flatscreen TV in every bedroom means that everybody gets the chance to enjoy a relaxing holiday morning in bed before hitting the theme parks for the day!
For those that like to enjoy a bit of friendly competition then the games room has been equipped with a pool table and a shuffleboard game that the whole family can play. Some of the best community facilities in Kissimmee can be found at the clubhouse, a 10-15 minute walk from your villa. Guests have full access to the lagoon-style heated swimming pool, kiddies water park, well-equipped gym, BBQ and picnic area, Tiki bar, cinema, putting green and outdoor courts for tennis, volleyball and basketball.
The south-facing pool deck area offers plenty of space for everybody to enjoy, no matter if your preference is to top up your tan, sit and read a book while watching the kids play, or dine alfresco and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. With a relaxing spa to ease those aching muscles after a day at the parks and no-overlooking neighbours at the rear, this is a great place to come back to each evening and unwind with a glass of something chilled.
Windsor Hills is a highly recommended gated Kissimmee resort, and one of the closest communities to Disney World. With Orlando’s other theme parks Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, all within an easy driving distance.
