This community is one of the closest resorts to Disney World which is just 10-15 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove just 20-25 minutes away. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay water park, can be reached in less than half an hour. The lively US192 is a couple of minutes from here and this is where you will discover hundreds of restaurants and fast food outlets, taking care of all budgets, tastes and dietary requirements.

The first lounge area greets you as soon as you open the door and has comfy seating and windows overlooking the front garden. The main family lounge is at the rear of the villa, filled with lots of natural light and furnished with more comfy seating in front of a flatscreen TV. The centrally placed kitchen is well-equipped and has all the appliances and gadgets you might need if you choose to cook a meal for your family or prepare packed lunches to take with you on a day trip. The breakfast bar island has 6 seats and is a great place to sit and enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day. A more formal dining table is adjacent to the front lounge, a perfect spot for evening meals or fun times together playing board games.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, it has windows overlooking the pool deck, a King-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs on the left and has a Queen-size bed, while Bedroom 4, close to Bedroom 2 has a Double bed. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are Twin bedded rooms furnished and decorated in a style that would be suitable for all guests and Bedroom 7, next to Bedroom 2, has a set of Bunk beds. All bedrooms have a flatscreen TV, perfect for early nights or relaxing holiday mornings.
For those who like to get competitive, head to the carpeted games room where you can play as much pool and table tennis as you can handle! The nearby community facilities, just 10 minutes’ walk from here, include a heated swimming pool, separate spa, Tiki bar, sunbathing deck, games room, well-equipped gym, clubhouse shop and outdoor courts for tennis and beach volleyball.
