Situated on Solana, a popular gated community on the US27 in Davenport, this 6 bedroom vacation villa has 5 en-suite bathrooms and enough beds to sleep up to 14 people. The villa has themed bedrooms for the kids, 2 lounge areas and a private west-facing pool and spa for memory-making times together. The clubhouse is less than a minutes’ walk from here and guests staying on Solana have full access to all community facilities including the heated swimming pool, separate hot tub, sunbathing deck, Tiki bar, beach volleyball court, mini golf, play area, well-equipped gym, games arcade and computer room with free wi-fi. The fun and excitement of Disney World can be reached in as little as 20-25 minutes from here, with SeaWorld and Discovery Cove about 30-35 minutes away. Universal Resorts, home to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Volcano Bay water park and the unmissable Islands of Adventure, will take about 35-40 minutes to reach via the I-4 Highway. Berry Town Center is just a mile or so from here which is where you will find a Publix supermarket and selection of family restaurants to choose from or head a few miles north of the community to the US192 which has hundreds more options, satisfying all tastes, budgets and dietary requirements.
Just inside the front door is a quiet formal lounge area with comfy seats and windows overlooking the garden, a great place to sit and relax with your favourite novel. The main lounge is at the rear of the villa and has a corner sofa for 6 or 7 people, flatscreen TV and doors leading to the west-facing pool and spa deck. The modern kitchen is centrally placed and has all the appliances, gadgets and equipment needed to cook a meal or prepare packed lunches. The breakfast bar island has 3 stools and is perfect for tea and toast in the morning or sit at the high-top table looking out over the pool deck as you start making plans for the day ahead. Next to the formal lounge area at the front of the villa is another dining table, the ideal setting for mealtimes or evening fun playing cards and chatting.
The Main bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor and has a King-size bed, window overlooking the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is upstairs at the front of the villa on the left and has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, at the back on the left, has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that can also be accessed from the landing, ideal for Bedroom 4 which has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 5, to the right of the landing, is a Princess-themed room with a set of Bunk beds and a Single bed, ideal for a trio of siblings or friends enjoying a holiday together, it has its own en-suite bathroom for their convenience. The nearby Bedroom 6, a Star Wars-themed room, has also been furnished with a set of Bunk beds and an additional Single bed, this room has its own en-suite bathroom as well. A TV in each bedroom helps to make early nights even more relaxing and stress-free!
No games room in this villa but guests have access to the nearby clubhouse facilities, including games arcade, gym, computer room with free Wi-Fi and the outside amenities of heated swimming pool, separate spa, Tiki bar, play area and mini golf.
